My first time happened today... first time in what? Don't think too much... first time on a live camera, first time "acting"!!! Wow!!! Sure is an experience for me that I won't forget!!! Why do I have to be on camera? Coz I mentoring a senior management staff, the job scope I'm having and there's a competition going on to see which senior is the best. This will be posted online and everyone in my company will be able to see and vote it!!! Will I be nervous? Of course lah!!! I have to give comments during shooting also lor!!! OMG!!!

It's so difficult to talk in front of the camera esp. if you know so many people are watching... it's so scary... I kept having retakes!!! Best of all, no scripts!!! All is impromptu!!!! WAHHHH!!! Almost fainted when they tell me to think of what to say on the spot!!! How can I think right now? Now I can't even remember what I've said!!! hahahaaa... think I said something that shouldn't be said... OMG! How??!!!!

But now that it's all over, it's actually quite fun as there's really camera rolling, soundman, camera-man, director, etc.... just like last time when I wanted to study "film, sound and video", so interesting... just hate the part that I have to retake and say all over my own scripts when I said anything wrong, or when there's a cut... hahahaa... I keep thinking that I only need to start from the part that I was wrong and they'll be able to cut and join back the correct script... hahahaaa... best of all, as there's no scripts right? I can't remember what I just said as I was too nervous and what I wanted to say, is all being forgotten!!! Wahhahahaa!!!! Anyway, all the best to me, hope nothing bad is being shown online... hope I'm pretty enough... hahahaha... All the best and good luck to me!!! I'm a STAR!!! ^_^

My first muffin!!! And it's really not that difficult to do lor. Although not as soft as those selling outside, but I'll reinvent myself and try to make it as nice as outside. But for a first timer, I'm really really proud of myself!!! Chocolate Chip Muffin!!!

So long... so long, never had this feeling... until recently with so many things happening around me... already trying my very best not to think too much... have really improved... thought I have gotten over everything and really put it aside... find it real hard... think it has already grew roots in my heart... it will always grow back even when you cut away the leaves and everything...

I always thought I really really don't mind not having a baby of my own anymore.. but I guess I only trying to escape the problem... and not really face the reality... always when relatives and close friends are preggie, will make my "plant" grow up a bit... until it's too big... then my heart will be so pain and I always will have a emotion breakdown... like right now... crying so hard that I can't stop... tomolo will surely have puffy eyes again... sianz...

how do I stop all these? hate it ... HATE IT SO MUCH!!! :(

Had a bad day today... shitty... angry... frustrated... sad... envious... give-up... why can't there be a dream job that pays well?... already says it's a dream job... that's why only happen in the dreams lor... but really can't help it but wish for that... appraisal coming, I heard... all the pretend and acting will have to come out again... am I really that bad a worker? must we really force ourselves to work so hard just to survive for the rest of the years?... sometimes I really wonder... I know I really shouldn't think so much... afterall it's just a job... why make myself so miserable? I should MAKE others miserable instead!!! That's what my darling hubby says... maybe I really should do that... although that will be against my will... I'm just not such person... rather myself being miserable and angry... but I really a bit guilty for losing my temper today... at a new girl too... so immature of me... sianz lor... why does a job make me so miserable and not well-like by others? :(

So long never written in my blog liao... as recently my hubby's lappy's charger has been bitten by my pup, Qby, we have to share my lappy and I can only surf "Important" webby that I can't leave without... that's why I never blog... but never mind... just another 2 weeks... my hubby will get a new lappy from the IT show... yeh yeh... plus maybe a LCD ... and maybe a home entertainment system... plus... I also dunno...hahahaaa...

Anyway, my "Important" webby is this game at Facebook!!! It's so addictive!!! Hahahaaa... and it takes so long to level up!!! I'm only at level 15 and all my friends already at level 20 plus!!! Anxiety or Yuan Yang?

Ai yo!!! I'm indeed a lousy and idiot person!!! Such such a loser!!! i'm having my doubts today again... feel like giving up my girl, Qby!!! Why am I always like this? Really don't understand myself at all!!! Why am I such a person? Such a shitty person!!! Such a fickle-minded human being!!! So easily give up!!! Even though there's no problem yet still wanna give up!!! What's really wrong with me? Will I just give up my life, too, when I encounter problems? Why can't I be more brave? Am I too pampered already? By all my surrounding people? But I'm so scared of being alone... being in charge of something all by myself... without anyone to help me... I'm such a dependant person... so bad... so lousy... so disgusting me... :(

Or am I just having my PMS? or becoz of just now's tea plus coffee (Yuan Yang) that make me all jumble up inside... is it just some indisgestion? that makes my heart beat so fast and feel like vomiting? The human body is so unpredictable... so mysterious... so scary too...

Will I really give up one day just like that? Giving up is so easy... everything also don't need to care... should I just give up like that? Everyone will really call me a conward... I really don't care... especially now... with my feelings so mixed up... just can't think anymore... head very pain... stomach very pain... eyes closing... maybe a good night sleep is all I need...

Bintan Trip (3rd or 4th trip) ^_^

I can't wait to for the trip to start!!! Luckily only 15 days to go!!! Yeh yeh yeh!!! Although I've been there so many times, and when I tell my colleagues that I'm going there, they were like, is that an overseas trip? More like a trip to Sentosa... but this is the first time I'm going there more than a weekend lor!!! hHAhahaaaa... coz normally we go there is for the weekend as it's normally company's trip.... and this time the companions are also different lor... it's my long time best friends since sec 1 lor... counting back... it's like 17 years liao lor... and we've known each other so long yet this is the first time we going for a trip together lor.. funny right? My colleagues actually say that, too... hahahaaa... I also quite puzzled why we waited so long then we go for a trip together... hahahaha... but this never come to our mind for the past 17 years lor... hahahahaaa... so I really can't wait for it... and see... the room so nice and it's sea-facing lor!!! Heheheeeee

Hahaha... I'm going Bintan again... think this is the like 4th or 5th time there.... but travelmates are totally different!!! My best palz!!! Yeh!!! We've known each other like almost 17 years yet this is our first time, we are going for a trip together... and it's a all ladies trip!!! Woo woo!!! Yeh yeh!!!... If only we have more chance to go for such trip... so so nice... although it's only for a weekend... but I'll certainly enjoy ourselves!!!

But on the other hand, I'm staying back at Bintan Lagoon Resort again... had a bad experience the previous time I liaise with them... took such a long time to refund my money back to me as they have to hold my card for the booking fee and there was exchange rate involve and I almost lost a few hundred SGD!!! Luckily, I kept making noise... and they have no choice but to refund back to me... hope this time I won't encounter problems with them again...

Depression still???!!!

Why am I still having doubts about keeping a puppy? After 2 weeks liao... a lot of questions still keep popping out of my head... I still need to take care of her for another maybe 15 yrs... how? do I really have to keep playing and entertaining her forever and not have any spare time for myself? I will surely suffocate!!!

But lucky today, I msn Irene... and had a great talk with her... and make me change my mind again... I really need constant reminders and cares from all my loved ones and friends... I'm such a dependant person and really can't live without them... talking to them always make me feel so much better... i just need someone to reassure me that everything will be fine... just something so simple... and just share a lending ear and strong arms... that's all I need...

Post Puppy Blue

Oh dear!!! I think I having post puppy blue!!! How? Keep thinking of returning the pup, scared I can't take care of her!!! Now even think I can't take care of baby, too... since puppy I can't take care liao... make me dun feel like giving birth anymore!!! *Sob sob*

Anyway, last night I can't sleep and keep thinking ... what if she's very difficult to keep? what if I need to go overseas or go out whole day? what if she keep crying? What will she do when I go to work? What if she's sick? A lot of what if... that makes me feel like returning her... but can't bear... and feel that I'm such a loser... why I always cannot be a brave and strong and persistent person? I'm so lousy... will I have these worries if I really have a baby? No wonder till now I still don't have... think God think I'm really not ready for one... although I always thought I've thought it through and thorough... I think until I feel like crying... so scared my depression's coming back... sianz... how? I'm such a worried-person!!! So many worries... and thoughts... stupid silly me... keep thinking and thinking and thinking until I vomited!!! and diarrhea!!! aiyo!!! vomited for like 5 times lor...

Ai ya!!! What to do? Already got her back must really keep her till old... just hope she'll be a good girl... and not make me regret my decisions... I'm so easily change my mind... so bad... :(

Knitting

Recently, I've been knitting again... for my US trip as I heard it's quite cold so I want a new scarf for the photos... :P anyway, this is the "brought-forward" from my Japan trip previously... so I just need to complete it.... but there's 2 lor... 1 for me and another for my hubby lor... so I'm actually in a rush... really hope I can finish everything by then... so to save more time so that I can finish it... I actually bring it to and fro my home and office and has been doing it as and when... this goes the same when I'm in the MRT... and talking about MRT... I really can't stand some people...

Either they find knitting an alien thing to do or what... they always have a lot of comments whenever I'm doing my knitting... just a few days ago, there's these 2 ladies who saw me knitting and started commenting on how they also know... how good are they... what they have done... what stitches to use... and so on and so fro... ai yo... are they really that boring in the train or they purposely want to say loudly for me to hear...???....

Another time is this mum with the kid... the kid start asking her questions... like what am I doing... what is it for? how to do it? ... she even ask her how to do it... but think the mum doesn't know anything... and just brushed her away... ai yo... what a Mum! but sometimes I really find it irritating... is knitting really that alien or old fashioned? I really love knitting... the way the cloth will grow longer and longer... or your design actually comes out... it such a miracle for someone who invented knitting... and what a joy to do it too...

"Smoke out" at MRT!!!

Yesterday I was on morning half-day so I went to work only at around 1 pm. I was happily sitting and knitting in the MRT, (as I seldom have seats and so happy to only go to work like in the afternoon and I'll only need to work another 4 hours,... hahahaa) when aIl these happened! I've just reached Toa Payoh MRT station when I heard the driver's door opened (I was sitting in the first cabin) I know sometimes the driver will go to the toilet and I didn't really care when the train never move for a while. I can't expect him to do his "business" fast fast right???!!! But then it was longer than normal and suddenly a lot of people started moving out of the the cabin as soon as they can! I got a bit panicky and hurried out of the train and didn't even have time to pack my things... but once outside, everyone still does not seem to be nervous or scared and continue to stand outside the train and started taking photos... By now the station was already quite smoky too but there was no burning smell... I also like every typical Singaporean, also started taking photos... just then the annoucement came "All passengers please evacuate the station now!" Then everyone started to be very panicky and rushed up the escalator or staircase... and we are really obedient, nobody never take the lift lor... haahahaaa... but by right we shouldn't even the the lift right? By now I also very panicky and keep thinking what if the train exploded will I be able to escape? Hahahaa... that's why I didn't stay behind and quickly left the station to take a bus to work... although the MRT still have a lot of "KPO" people staying behind and looking at the train and smoke... hahahaaa... Singaporeans!!!
But funny thing is, the news never annouced this news at all... so is there really a fire? or just smoke? Only the SMRT people will know the answer.... Hahahaaaaa...

Wow wow!!! It has been so long since I last blogged!!! What happen to me???!!! Hahhaa... Also dunno why I never blogged although I seem to be so free everyday... heheheee... normally ppls forget to blog is bcoz they are busy... but for me... it's bcoz I'm too free lor... HAHAHAAA...

Anyway, so free that everyday I just occupied myself with my DS. The games are so so fun!!! If only I can just stay at home and keep playing on my games!!! Play and play and play... and make sure I finished all my levels!!! Hahhaaa... My favourite games currently are Animal Crossing, Twinkle Bell, Viva Pinata, and all my games in my DS ... hahahaa... it's just so fun lor... heheheee

Ok enough of my games... recently have a slight depression again... keep thinking of having baby, why I dun have, why ppl have, when will I have, should I go and adopt, ... so on and so forth... so long I never think of these liao... just bcoz of a stupid wedding... where everyone's topic is only on children and children and more children!!! They really don't care about their surrounding lor... sign... but I also cannot stop them and their joy lor... if only I have my joy also... then I start to think ... maybe I should go and adopt a doggy instead... to mend my broken and lonely heart right now... a child of your own cannot be bought... but a doggy can lor... at least something to keep me occupied and not think so much... so scared I will really go into serious depression... if only the medicine are so advanced now that all I need is to see a doc and I confirm will have a baby... ai ya... if only lor... heheheeee

Bintan Trip

On National Day, our whole dept (and another branch wants to join us :P) went for our offsite trip together. This is the first time we can go together coz normally it'll be spread into 2 days instead. This is our group photo. Can you find me? ^_^

P.S. the one standing next to me is my boss! :P

Bintan is all about water and sea. If you love these 2, you'll love Bintan. Luckily I love it and I really enjoyed and relaxed myself. Think it's more relaxing than my Hong Kong trip lor. Hahahaahaa... BTW, this is MY camera, the camera that can go underwater!!! Olympus, ok? And everyone loves my camera so much and keep "snatching" my camera from me until "Xuer" knows my camera more than me and ppl keeps asking her how to use it lor!!! But it's MY CAMERA leh!!! :P

My good friends from my office. We keep disappearing from everyone until my boss has to tell my supervisor to keep an eye on us!!! Haahahaaa... We have so much to do but so little time leh!!! Hahhahaaa...

This is the 2nd time I've been to Bintan and both time I really enjoyed myself so so much although it's really an expensive place lor!!! With everything in SGD, it's like even more expensive than in Singapore lor. Ai ya no choice, who tells this is the nearest island paradise from Sg. Hahahahaa...

Anyway, this Bintan trip, I've had a bad experience that really make me think and realise that life is so precious... sounds serious, right? It's serious lor... I'm was almost drowned lor!!!

On our 2nd day (going back that day's evening so must really make full use of all the time!), we went kayaking in the morning. The morning sea is rougher than the afternoon one and we really regretted that as it was a waste of money. We were just kayaking for like less than 20 minutes before all of us gave up. Cyn and Xuer were 1 team and VV and me were another team. VyVy got very scared even though we were near to the shore and almost want to just jump the boat and ran off! I've had to console and calm her to shore and min min has to kayak with me. We were quite comfortable and kayaked a bit too far. We were relaxing then as we were a bit tired and I was playing with the water when a big wave came and overturned our boat!!! We immediately floated up but I've got so panicky as it was my first overturned boat!!! I started screaming and screaming but nobody seem to hear me!!! We tried to swim back but couldn't as the wave keep pushing us back. I've got even more panick and started shouting for help!!! Still nobody cares about us and the funny part is near us was a group of family with kids and adults but they choose to ignore us or dunno what, they just didn't look at us!!! Just then, my friends onshore saw our overturned kayak and actually heard me calling their names (except they can't hear my help??!!!!), looked at us and waved back!!! AHHAHHHHH!!! I almost want to cry!!! Stupid them!!! I wasn't waving at them but asking for help lor!!! Luckily Xuer is the more observant one and went to call for the people. In the meantime, min min actually ask me to turn my back and swim backwards instead as she found out that it was easier to swim that way. By then, I was getting more and more panicky and was afraid my asthma will attack. Luckily my partner is min min. She's so calm and can really think and kept consoling me and asking me to calm down and take deep breathe. It actually works!!! I was calmer and managed to swim backwards (this is a really good method everyone! Next time your boat overturned in deep sea, please do so! ) After maybe 5 to 10 mins (I really can't remember coz when you are panicky time seem to pass so so slowly :P) we managed to touch land and stand up!!! Although there's still some distance away, but standing up makes me feel so secured!!! Really has no sense of security in open sea!!! We quickly walked back and 'scolded' my friends and told them our 'adventure'. And do you know what we were still holding onto, the paddler!!! Hahahaaa... we could have just dropped it there and then lor... life in danger still hold onto a stupid and heavy thing... hahahhaa... think we are too panicky to remember that liao... hehehheeee...

My "last" expensive gifts for myself!

Recently, have just been "promoted" to officer level. Not really a promotion coz it's not because of performance that I can get promoted. It's like a whole dept. thing that everyone can promoted to the same level for easier transfer or should I say, so that we have to do more jobs. So, actually I still feel it's not a promotion. Furthermore, we aren't getting anymore bonus, both 13th month as well as variable. So it's a bit low moral lor. We may be getting performance bonus but heard it's not a lot and may be nothing at all if performance is bad. So I'm not putting much hope to that.

Anyway, that's not the whole point. This year I'm getting my last bonus!!! Hahahahaa... seem so happy right? A bit crazy liao coz not getting any liao so went to buy my last expensive presents for myself!!! Heheeee...

I've actually bought a camera (although I've already got one but Canon is better lor!!! Heheheeee... It really takes very very clear pictures lah, compare to my Olympus one ^_^). I also bought a Tiffany ring for myself and a Swarovski handphone strap for myself but with vouchers lah. So it's actually partial free lor, gifts from my office lah! Hahahaa) Really love all my presents a lot and I dunno how long then I can buy gifts for myself again! So must really really treasure lor!!!

My office's young colleagues are also spending their last bonus on branded goods. I actually went with them. They really like branded lor!!! When I was there, and I see the prices I really can't bear to part with my money, not like the youngsters lor!!! When I was young, I also never thought of buying all these and they can easily spend a fre thousand on it!!! Is it really worth it? Just a brand!!! I thought maybe I can talk myself into buying a bag but really really can't do it!!! Heart very pain lah!!! Hahahaaa... Think I old and stingy liao... hahahaa... Anyway, when I bought my camera, I also a bit heart pain!!! Heheheeee...

Hong Kong Food!!!

Today I will be introducing Hong Kong food, or maybe I should say the food I ate during my trip. Both my hubby and I feel that we really should eat all the specialties in Hong Kong and I think we really ate all their specialties! Heehee...

In Hong Kong, everywhere you'll see a tea house (茶餐厅). They really sell all sorts of food at there, from pineapple bun, to set breakfast, to lunch, to dinner to supper even!!! Their set breakfast is also really really nice and big too, they can come with a egg and ham set with a bowl of noodles or porridge. (Maybe Hongkies really eat a lot or are really hungry people lor! Heehee)

Everyday, we eat from different tea house hoping to taste different food but I really notice everywhere sells almost the same food (how can they survive??!!) and normally it's like every streets there bound to have a tea house there and it's always quite crowded!!!

Anyway, this is an example of our breakfast though this is not a set coz we eat set until scared lor... heee hee

Oh ya!!! This is another of their specialties, Ying Yang and Lemon Tea. We didn't get to taste the Lemon coffee but the ying yang really good lor!!! Better than those in Singapore. Their evaporated milk taste is very nice lah... It's a must-try!

Next will be on dinner. (we on budget so sometimes never eat lunch or too full to eat due to the heavy breakfast! Heehee)

The first day we search for our first dinner for more than 1 hour!!! We just couldn't find any food store or even restaurants, except those in the hotels!!! We are at Tsim Sha Tsui area and I thought it's like a town area so food should be easy but I'm wrong!!! When at last we found one, and it's already like far away from the town area near some old buildings, I almost could eat a cow!!! I'm extremely hungry lor!!! And a hungry woman makes a angry woman and keep arguing with my hubby!!! Haahahahaa... but when we finally sit in and order, it was really worth the walk lor!!! It was marvellous!!! It's actually very common food, Wanton Noodle and Fish Ball Noodle but it really taste so different from our food in Singapore. There's at least 5 prawns inside 1 wonton!!! And the fishball is not like Singapore one full of flour taste instead of fish taste. It's practically fish only ball lor!!! And see!!! It's so so big!!! And it's just about $3++ to $4 (cannot remember, think about HKD20 only!!!) No wonder when my mei mei go Hong Kong with her friend, they just eat wanton noodle for the whole trip lor... it's really really nice lah!!! HEeeheee.... see see talk about food so excited, think that's the most exciting part only... heehee...

The next night, we ate around our hotel area - Yau Ma Tei. (Coz we notice there's more food here than else where and we already know the location so need not go everywhere to find again.) We order the famous roasted goose leg and it's so so big lor!!! Regretted ordering 2 should just order 1 and something else lor!!! Heeeheeee... it's also very nice, different from our roasted duck leg, it's not so hard but fatter with lots of fat under the skin and after like 3 mouths of it, you'll feel very oily!!! :P But overall, it's still very very nice lor...

We got clever the next night when we were in Central area and order just 1 but consist of 5 different types of roasted, roasted chicken, roasted goose, roasted meat, roasted knuckles and roasted cuttlefish!!! haahaaa... the cuttlefish quite nice... the best is the knuckles lor!!! Love it!!! And it comes with a soup and vegetable!!! Quite worth it too!!!

The supper is the best!!! Their dessert is the best lor!!! We've already tried their famous "龟苓膏" that costs HKD50 but it's shiok lor!!! Full of herbal taste! The next day we tried this dessert stall and after that I everyday also feel like eating lor!!!

This is what darling ate, mango ice-cream pudding, for those of you who love mango, this stall sells a lot, and I mean really A LOT of mango desserts lor!!! Didn't know Hongkies love mango too... hahahaaa...

What I had what steam egg white with hismato (雪蛤) and it's also very very nice and can beautify one's look lor... good for the skin, I heard!!! :P

I've also tried another dessert with rice balls, yam and a bit of mango. (didn't know there's mango but already order so no choice) Quite nice too and lucky the mango taste not that strong. The rice balls is quite filling and quite like our bubble tea's bubbles except it's taste like rice and more chewy.

Best of everything is I've get to try their smelly tofu!!! It's really really nice and smelly!!! Better than those in Singapore but I dare not eat too many coz heard that it may cost cancer and has a lot of germs. But it's a definite must-try!!! Also try their smelly big intestines and I miss out on my favourite pig blood!!! Coz everyday I want to order, it's always out of stock. All these are from the ladies market sideway stores and from far you'll really smell it!!! Heeheee...

The best thing that I love of their food and is something that we must have everyday, please guess... hahahaa... you'll surely dunno one... it's....... it's....... it's....... it's....... CURRY FISHBALLS!!! WOW!!! It's very very nice lor!!! We starting with just 2 sticks of curry fishballs from the store near our hotel to the next day 18 fishballs (1 sticks is 6 fishballs) to the next 24, then the next 30 until the final day 40 with a packet of noodles (also must-try)! We really miss it very much especially my hubby who's hoping to bring some to the airplane but we couldn't find!!! And my hubby now misses it so much lor!!! hahahaaa...

At last I'm back in Singapore... never have I really miss Singapore so much... or should I say I miss my home and my bed the most.... Coz the bed at YMCA is damn damn hard lor!!! Ai yo!!! So uncomfortable... Really feel like a hard table top lor...

Anyway, I'll be writing a few blogs on my Hong Kong trip for all my friends out there for your reference... you may have a look...

But overall, I still feel Singapore is better although Hong Kong has a larger area and more mountains and trees and maybe the Disneyland... but I still love Singapore and we are going to have a Universal Studio!!!

Guess where am I now? Hhahahaa... at the new Changi Airport T3!!! It's very very nice!!! So happy and proud being a Singaporean to owe such a nice airport!!! A lot of people says it's not very nice and heard a lot of comments of this new T3, being so-so or okay... but I really love it a lot!!! Being so new and big!!! Of course it's nicer than the others... maybe coz I heard too much "bad" comments that I didn't have much expectations, that's why I like it so much!!! hahahaha...

Anyway, I'm preparing to board the plane and still waiting for the gate to open... as usual I always tend to reach airport at least 2 hours earlier... that's why I can write my blog now... heehehehee... But I think most people do that lor... being so excited and happy to go on a trip... will rather be there early than rush and run to the airport... surely spoil the moods lor... hahahaaa

Oh ya!!! Forget to tell you, I'm taking SIA, you know!!! Hahahaa... Being a Singaporean, this is the first time I'm taking a SIA plane lor... they really should have a discount for Singaporean to take their own airline... if not, when they go overseas and people starts asking, "How good is SIA? Is it really worth it?, etc." We will be able to answer them... heheheee...

As usual, I begin my day with darling hubby sending me from home to Sembawang Mrt station. These few days, the usual place I stand at the platform is extremely crowded due to the escalator on the other side leading to the platform is under repair and the usual lazy Singaporeans (like me) will crowd and use the next available escalator instead of climbing the stairs.

Unfortuately, dunno due to what, the MRT was also extremely crowded. As usual I'll always try to squeeze as into the centre of the cabin as I could instead of standing near to the doors (which a lot of inconsiderate Singaporeans will always do). But it was quite difficult today and I only managed to squeeze right to the back of the doors. I have noticed this empty space for about another person's space when I was at the door but I didn't notice why is there an empty space.

When I reached the space, then I realised the problem. An uncle was reading his newspaper "openly", I mean, he opened his newspaper so big and think he's at home reading lor! I stood in front of his newspaper and said sorry to him but he still "zhe" me lor! I hate people who "zhe" me and ignored him. He then used his papers to "push" my back and tried to open even bigger to read. I ignored him and moved slightly backwards to his newspaper. He "zhe" again and put his paper on my back to read!!! Stupid man lor!!! I immediately turned my head around and tried to stare at him but couldn't coz he right behind me. Probably he sensed he's a bit overboard and remove his papers but still tried to "push" his papers at my back. I don't care and continue to stand in front of him until I don't feel the papers at my back!

Ai yo!!! These people are really inconsiderate lor! Never see the train so crowded liao still read the papers so widely. But there are good people still lor... There's a lady who folded her papers so small to read that I almost feel like telling the man to take a good look at the woman who's being so inconsiderate.

But now thinking back, I have something else in mind. Why didn't I tell the man off straightaway? Will we really quarrel in public? Or am I just a typical Singaporean who is so scared to tell people off - being "Kiasi"? Probably... I dunno... I've never tried that before. During the journey, I almost feel like pretending to call someone and voice out what I've encountered and indirectly telling the man off, but afraid he'll quarrel with me... and I know myself, if I lose out in the quarrel, I'll probably cry out!!! hahahahhaaa.... who's knows? Maybe next time when I'm really in a very bad mood, I shall do that!!!! :P

Prawns "Fishing"

Heheheee... recently my hubby and I are quite addicted to prawns fishing, all thanks to Fen fen and her hubby!!! HAhahaaha... like what they say, "我们中了虾毒!" Hahahahaaa... actually my hubby has more poison than me ... especially when I was starting to fish, really hate it so bad coz I didn't have even 1 prawny!!! So sad!!! But once you know the technics to fish, omg!!! You can really get addicted lor!!! And it's such an expensive hobby lor!!! 1 hr is $14.50!!!

Anyway, you know how addicted is my hubby and me? On Sunday night, after dinner is already after 8 pm yet we still go fishing and we have work the next morning, and guess what time we fish till?? Almost midnight lor!!! But that was a good night lor... I alone fished 8 prawnies!!! Hahahahhaaa... and some of it quite big lor!!! hehehheee... think I fished more than darling lor!!! hehehehhee.... And that night I actually can't sleep lor!!! Firstly, is because I drank tea too late in the night, secondly is I keep thinking of how to fish even better and keep remembering the joy of getting a catch!!! hahahahahaa... Make me the next morning like a zombie!!! hahahahaha...

This holiday maybe going again... weekend maybe going again.... I feel like going on wed night too!!! Hahahaahaa... since the next day is holiday!!!! hahahahaaa... hope I can recover from my prawn poison soon!!! ^_^

So long never fill up my blog liao... nothing happen much recently... except that my dept head left... transfers from dept has been going on... (but I'm not involved! Heng!)... oh ya... and I've booked the air tickets to Hong Kong already. I'm planning my this trip all by myself, from booking of tickets, hotel, itinearies, and everything else... so recently have been having a headache... trying to cut the cost and use the minimum money to enjoy the fullest of Hong Kong!

At first, we were thinking about going to Japan (again) but with the same budget, we can only go there, book hotel and ticket and railway, and will not have any money left to eat and buy! Haha...

Anyway, best thing of the HK trip is that I can stay at DisneyLand!!! Yeh yeh yeh!!! But I've heard a lot of comments about it being very small and not fun, and childish... so I'm really not having my hopes too high! So enjoy whatever is there coz I really LOVE Disneyland!!!!

My Little Garden is BLOOMING!!!

Yeah Yeah!!! See see!!! My garden is blooming!!! I didn't have any success with my gardening when I first move here and I didn't try it ever since. But this year, a bit boring so bought my first pot of flowers from Ikea! I'm not sure what's it called but it actually bloomed! Then I tried my luck with 2 more pots of plants. Unfortunately, one of it actually withered and died. I didn't dare to try again. But when my pot of flowers bloomed again, I went to buy new pots of plants again! I actually expand it to about 5 pots of plants!!! hahaha... One of it is even an Orchid!!! Hahahaaa... Such an amatuer gardener, yet I still tried to plant orchid!!! It was already with flowers buds when I bought it. So I didn't really expect it to bloom again until recently!!! Hahahaa... I actually saw some flowers buds coming out! Yeh YEh!!! As you can see, my first pot is my chrysanthemums which I bought during the CNY. It didn't bloom during CNY but starting blooming recently!!! HEheheheee... Second one, is one of my favourite coz I plant it from seeds. It's the chilli I bought from NTUC one day, intending to cook my fish when an idea came and I planted the seeds!!! HEhehee... it grows and grows and today the first flower came out!!! Hope chilli will come out too!!! Yeh Yeh! The last is my favourite Orchid!!! It's those normal purple white orchid, something like the white cymbidium orchid and it started budding last week!!! Yeh YEh YEh!!! Hope it'll successfully bloom into my favourite flowers!!! ^_^

Recently, I've been posted to GWC branch and have been taking to morning free staff bus from Orchard MRT to GWC. I've been noticing a couple very distinctive, so apart from the rest. Firstly, the guy is extremely tall, the height will be just nice for me as he's at least taller by half my head or more; the lady is so short that I'm taller than her by at least half my head or more. You know lah, those guys that always like extremely small ladies when they are extremely tall or muscular, looking like that they can protect them forever, and those that we can never get and always find guys around our height. Well, anyway, that's just the first distinctive, next is that they really can't seem to get enough of each other, or maybe it's the guy that seem to be doing it most of the time. He'll always hug her, and touch her all around, and seem like hoping that the lady will just be a part of him! Anyway, best part is he like to kiss her so much that it's like every 10 min he have to kiss her! Beware, it's not just a peck on the lips, it's really french kiss lor!!! Kiss for about 3 min or so. Ai yo! The lady also funny one lah, let him kiss and touch in public. Anyway, I've noticed them a lot of times already but never was I standing close to them until the day before yesterday, I happened to be queuing behind them, and boy! Did all my goose-pimples popped out!!! "Up-close and personal" is really disgusting lor and I really can't stand it that I kept staring at them, hoping they'll notice that I'm staring!!! And I actually managed to find out something, the lady is a China-lady!!! Dunno what she did that make him love her so much and can't get enough of her!!! Ai yo! We are all Asian lor!!! Funny how they think lah!!!

Recently, I've found the website for my favourite bear, Rilakkuma!!! It's actually means Relax Bear. I fall in love with him on my Japan trip last year when I actually "fish" him out of those fishing arcade machine in Tokyo!!! It's the first time I actually "fish" something successful and such a cute bear!!! From then on, I'm always looking for him but in Singapore, he's still not so famous!!! I've given him a nickname "曼头"!!! Coz I find his ears really like 曼头 especially my soft toy!!! You can actually see more of him on this website I've found in Japan, it's all in Japanese but more or less you'll understand a bit lah... have a cute time with him!!! ^_^

Valentine's day is here again!!! This year my gift from darling is this cool Samsung phone!!! I love it so much!!! Just the phone I wanted coz it's partial touchscreen!!!

And this is the present I've got for darling!!! It's not a very branded watch just Casio and this is not the actual model. I can't find the pic online coz it's a very new watch. The chronology is all laid near to the bottom instead of all over the face. Something more classy!!! hahahahaa... cheap and classy lah!!! "I'll like to compliment your customer service officer, Weixiong of your Corporate Hotline service. I've cancelled my Credit Card which is used for making a GIRO payment for my M1 phone bill recently. I didn't notice it until M1 send a sms to me today (which is very useful to me as I never noticed my phone bill) I called the corporate hotline and Weixiong is very helpful in helping me. I like to apply for another GIRO deduction from other credit cards and thought I have to cancel it and reapply for it again. But he told me it's not neccesary and will be able to make a change for me straightaway! He noticed I've had an outstanding bill and offer alternatives, like using the AXS machine to pay or even pay through the hotline using my credit card when he sees that I'm reactivating my GIRO. Furthermore, during the call, I keep holding him up for at least 3 times cause I have some office issues going on. I feel very "served", happy and satisfied through this experience. I'm in the service industry that's why I really feel the difference between your service and other mobile service providers. With the help of just a phone, I can do so many transactions; making payment and changing of GIRO, this really make my time with M1 worthwhile. That's why I've been with M1 for so long and I shall be with M1 for a long time. Thank you M1."

Recently, taking the train is so full of surprises... with this new style of advertisement coming up. Everyday, I'll be looking forward to travelling to work, wondering whether will there be a new advertisement coming up. This advertisement is so high-tech and cool!!! Heheeheee... So far I've seen 2 different advertisements already, 1 is a SCB advertisement, the other is this M&M one. I just love this one so much that I tried to save it up. It's not really of very good quality but I'll try to take it again on Monday. Anyway, this advertisement is from Newton going to Orchard. If only they'll put it on all the underground tunnels!!! Then travelling in the MRT will never be bored again!!! Yeh!!!

Today, went to see my chinese sinseh again... First thing he says to me, "Any good news?" Of course not... if not I won't go back to him... :P maybe will lah... get some medicine for the precious little one...

But this is not the main thing, when we were talking, I asked him is it true that nowadays, the age of getting preggie is during the 30s instead of the 20s... what he says really make me think a lot... do you know that 1 in every 6 couples nowadays are having infertility problems? Although you may see a lot of your friends easily pregnant, but actually the percentage is still there...

Do you know the percentage of getting preggie with assisted help, like IVF, IUI is only about 20 to 40%? It's actually less than half... but with the media always giving out information that it's quite easy to get preggie with assisted help, it actually not the truth. I think I actually rushed into it too much previously, and should have find more options first... after doing it, I really feel the percentage is only about 30%. The pressure and stress when doing IVF is so great that I think my body really can't take it and the disappointment after that is so big due to the wrong information given to me. When someone is in need and eager to get something, even the least percentage may seem as a lot to him/her and will try to be so optismistic that hope is easily disappointed after that...

After so long of trying, really makes me "grown up" in a way, that things really can't be taken for granted; live your fullest when you are young; whatever you want to try, just go ahead and don't wait, you'll surely regret it in the future...

High court scam! Beware!!!

This morning, I was woken from my sleep by the phone ringing. Still in a daze, I rushed to answer the phone. But it was a voice recorded message in chinese and it was already halfway said. I didn't really catch what it was saying, so I waited for it to repeat. I didn't suspect anything even though it was in chinese, but hearing it's from the high court, I've got a bit panicky. When the line was put through, I didn't suspect again even though I can hear it's a china lady speaking in English, with so many china people working in our society now. I asked her why she called me. Straightaway, she asked for my ID no. to verify who's calling me. I've gave her without thinking twice (which is a very stupid thing to do. But being just woken up, my mind wasn't thinking properly lah!). She then verify my name and said I was involved in a legal issue in the high court involving money laundering. With so many experience in money laundering and the every month drilling from my work, I became quite worried and actually believe her. But I still can't really believe it so I started questioning her. She told me that my name and ID was used in opening accounts for a loanshark for money laundering. By then, I was quite suspicious and was thinking it may be just a mis-identity. I told her I never borrow any money so how can he use my name to open it. Then she changed her story and said maybe I lost my ID. I retorted back and said never. Then she changed her story and told me do I know a loanshark by a name which I can't remember now. I said no. By then, I was quite angry and asked for her name and contact no. to verify her. She gave me without fail and said her name is Judy Wong and her number is 63381034. Then she replied that she'll get the in-charge CID to call me back around 5 to 7 mins. I said no at first and wanted the number of the CID. But she replied she dun have and he will call me back, even giving the name of the CID to me - Yeo Kee Cheong.

After hanging up the phone, I straightaway called Singtel to verify the number given to me. It was confirmed to be a Subordinate Courts number. So I immediately called back but there was no reply and divert to a phone mail. I hanged up the phone. Immediately, the phone rang and a guy was then on the line. He identified himself as CID and his name was Yeo Kee Cheong. By then, I was already very very suspiciously and already regretted giving my ID no. to the Judy Wong. He said I was involved in an investigation and need to ask me a few questions. From his voice, I've already know he's a China man although he speaks in fluent english. I entertained his questions and ask him what he want from me. When he ask me about the loanshark, whether I know him or his accomplice, he started mentioning his name in such brilliant and correct tone of chinese. I known then it's a scam. I started questioning him, asking for his dept, his contact number, his police ID. Then he said very fiercely that I'm the accomplice and yet I dare to question him. I immediately argue back and said when did our Singapore Police Force started employing china nationality police officers? He couldn't answer me and I couldn't be bothered by then to talk anymore with him and hanged up the phone. Immediately, I called the police hotline number as I was still quite worried and scared with my giving of my ID no. The lady was very nice as I told her about what happened and she suggested that I go down to the nearest police station to make a police report. I thanked her for it and immediately called hubby. But by then I already at my nerve-end and broke down. He got worried and rushed home immediately and accompany to the NPC and I really MADE A POLICE REPORT!

The policemen were very nice to me and told me it's very common nowadays although they are still investigating. They told me to go to the website to see and even print out the articles for me. Below is the article, friends. Please diseminate to everyone and inform all your family members. This really teaches me a lesson. Guess what? Not to answer anymore phonecalls in future!!! Hahahaa... no lah... really must stay cool and calm so that you will think better. Just because I just woke up and hearing the word "High Court" I started panicking and this makes my mistake. Another thing to learn, I must really start having the habit to read newspaper lah!!! Sign!

Phone Scams Making Use Of Kidnap Ruse And Impersonating As Supreme Court Staff Or Police Officers Continues

Confidence tricksters continue to use the "Kidnap Hoax Scam" with 9 cases reported between 1 and 29 November 07 and 19 cases reported between 1 and 6 Dec 07. The cheating ruse is employed to induce people to part with money by alleging that their next-of-kin had been kidnapped and would be harmed if money was not transferred to the callers. The allegations were untrue and no one had been kidnapped.
Police had earlier in August 07 alerted members of public of this cheating ruse when it surfaced. Of the 58 cases reported since Aug 07, the culprits were unsuccessful in all but two cases, in which the victims were cheated of more than S$50,000 cash. Members of public are advised to remain calm and call the Police immediately if they are approached in a similar manner. Police investigations of these cases are on-going.
Another ruse used by the cheats is to impersonate themselves as police officers or staff from the Supreme Court. The impersonators would direct them to attend court or request for transfer of monies and attempt to induce their victims into parting with money, presumably to exonerate them from involvement in criminal cases or for failure to attend court hearings. In reality, the victims were not involved in any such criminal or court proceedings.
This method of cheating surfaced in September 07 which prompted police to alert members of public. As of 6 December 07, a total of 224 reports were received. The culprits were unsuccessful in 195 cases, but in 29 cases the victims were cheated of more than S$275,500 cash.
It is normal during the course of police work for investigators to inform members of the public over the phone on Court dates and appointments at the police station for police statements. However, police will never ask for money to be deposited into a bank account. If such requests for property deposits or personal information disclosure are received, they should be reported to the police immediately.
The public is advised to be wary when receiving phone calls or other forms of communication. Cheating scams may take different forms but these scams are all designed to cheat victims into parting with their money. When in doubt, the public is advised to verify the caller's identity with the agency or organisation the caller claims to be from.

Last night, I've had a dream. A very nice dream. It'd been a while since I last dreamt of such dream... When I was younger, I used to dream a lot of these dreams... Sometimes I really wish that my wishes will come true or that I'll dream the same dream every night... So what are those dreams? It's all love dreams... or should I say falling-in-love dreams? Maybe deep in my heart, I really like to fall in love over and over again... I really like "为了爱，梦一生" or "轰轰烈烈去爱一场" 的 feelings! Coz in all my dreams, it was always very difficult to be together with the person I love in the dreams. It's really like "the more I can't get it, the more I want it". Maybe my love life is not so "colourful" or maybe I've read too many love stories in the past that make me yearn for such feelings. And it's always so real in the dreams that really make me wonder when I've worked up that it might have been real!!! Oh how I wish it was real! Coz it's was so sweet and forbidden lor!!! heheeheeee...

Anyway, last night's dream was with an artist. It really not because that it was an artist that I'm having a lot feelings towards my dream... it's really the whole dream and the way we got together that make me wonder a lot... anyway, the artist is 罗志祥... also dunno why I dreamt of him, maybe yesterday morning just read a small article on him... just because of this little articles makes me dreamt of him... hahahaa... very funny lor... anyway, he's not really my idol lor... more like my sis's idol lor... too young for me lah... heheheehee... anyway not my era's idols lor... I should maybe dreamt more of Tony Leung or Aaron Kwok lor... hahahaaa... But after the dream, he makes me want to buy his album and go to his concert lor!!! Hahahaaa... maybe it's him who do some magic that makes me dreamt of him so more people will buy his album or go to his concert!!! HAhahaahaaa... who's knows right?

But the funny part, the whole dream, darling hubby is there with me... why he never jealous in the dream? Really like him in real life lor... never jealous before one... sianz... ok, here's goes my whole dream... after thinking back, there's really a lot of loopholes lor... but really bring out another side of 小猪 to me lor... hahaha... dunno whether his real person is it like that??? HAhahahaa... ai yo... just a dream lah...

"I was like on a trip to a nearby country like M'sia or Thailand with hubby and was staying at a resort with his whole family, too. One night, they went out for a while and I was alone in my room. Being too bored alone in the room, I left the room and wanted to go out for a walk when I met 小猪 at the staircase alone, going up to his room. I smiled at him coz he's a celebrity lor... and he smiled at me too... lucky he wasn't "dao" in the dream if not will really deduct marks from him lor... hahaha... anyway, I can't remember what happened after this, either I started talking to him or him to me, we went out for a walk and we actually had a great talk together. I even went back to his room to listen to his latest album (coz in the dream, I'm not very familiar with any of his songs except the one with 小S lor... which is true in real life too lah :P) Anyway, after hearing his album, I've praised him and he was delighted. Before this, he seem very moody and I've learnt he's very stressed with the concert and the sales result and everything else lor... He was touched by what I've said to him (can't remember what I said lah! :P) So he said he'll give me an album of his the next day. I thanked him and went back to my room. The next day, we met again and went out whole day and had an enjoyable day. I went to his room to listen to his album again. But he said there's a special album he purposely prepared for me. I was puzzled, where did he get that? Anyway, there was no cover photo just an empty plain CD. I played it and listened to the songs. It was all the same songs except there was a change in the lyrics. He actually changed some songs' lyrics just for me! I was very touched. We promised to keep in touch when he leaves for Taiwan. I took the CD home. That was the last time we saw each other coz the next day, we were driving back to Singapore. On the way back, my family members actually found the CD and played it in the car. It brings back a lot of memories of him that I started crying coz I missed him already. But my darling hubby sitting beside me ignored me and thought I was just touched by the songs and didn't know what it really meant."

I woke up at the point. Although it doesn't seem very big deal. But it really just the thought that counts. I really like people who really think of me and do things for me without asking much from me. This really really touched me a lot... First day, we got our car, suay, raining... but feel damn happy! Been smiling everyday for the past 1 week... mood is so so nice!!! Real happy for it... our dreams come true... and it's so comfy! Love it love it love it so so so so so so so much!!! hahahaa...

See!!! Doesn't it look sporty!!! At first we thought it's so funny to call Latio Sport when it's suppose to be a salon car... but after looking at it for so long, really find it very sporty!!! Just lack of some stickers to make it more fierce... but a bit contradicting, it's supposed to be called 小白 coz we were thinking of putting Crayon Shin stickers on it... then how to look fierce huh? hahahaa... wait then decide lor... hehehee let's nature takes its course!

Click. What's the meaning of click?

Oxford dictionary says "1. n. slight sharp sound as of switch being operated. 2. v. make click; sl. be successful or understood, being friendly with person."

So! That's the meaning of click. Recently I've been told that I click with 1 of my colleague, and this is not the first time I've been told that. The last time I was told "CLICKING" with 2 of my colleagues, they are all transferred to other branches. This time being told, maybe I should be transferred soon, too.

But what's the big deal? Being friendly with each other is it so serious? Do I really have to treat everyone just like a colleague only and not have any friendship at all? Being friends also cannot? What is this type of company? Don't even have the freedom of making friends!!!

My officer that day told me something that I really think has great meaning, "能做朋友是一种缘纷。 I really agrees with her. It's not everyone that you can talk more with or have a common topics. If not, why is there enemy? Why is it that you only have 1 husband or wife? Then you surely can have feelings with everyone and get married with everyone!

I know, it's because friends tend to group together or complain to each other, what's so wrong with that? If a workplace has no friendship, that job is really not worth staying for, coz it's so tiring and boring. I know her biggest worry is that we will have like different group of people working in a dept. But as long as work can be done, where's the harm??!! It's not like we won't talk to the other group of people, we still talk what, I'm even friends with them just not close friends only what. How can everyone be my close friends? People also have clicks, why always say me only and not the rest? I rather show the truth and not hide our friendship as there's nothing wrong with my friendship and my friends.

Bangkok Trip

OMG!!! What a trip!!! Just came back from my company's trip to Bangkok and boy! Did I shop!!! We are the 2nd group to go and these area my colleagues who went with me. We have such great fun together and we really chiong for the shopping and they are so DAMN CHEAP!!! But now being back, I still feel so lost coz I think I never buy enough lor!!! :P

Anyway, it has been 16 years since I last went to Bangkok and there are so so much changes... With so so many expressways now compare to last time and so so much new shopping centres... But 1 thing that confirm never change is that it is still so damn cheap lor! :P

I really shop like siao lor and guess how many kg I exceeded? 5 kg!!! As we are taking budget air, they are quite strict with it lor... that's the difference between budget and normal one lor... Last time hubby and I went Japan we exceed like more than 5 kg yet they didn't charge us, this Jetstar wants to charge me leh!!! Heng, 1 of my colleague never buy a lot lor... heheheee... so I thong pang her lor... hahahaha

Oh ya! See these are my products of "war", my shopping war lah!!! Hehehehee... Now I see, I think I buy the most for my darling hubby lor... Coz I can't find anything for myself except Tshirts, shoes and bags... and all those I already bought a lot!!! Hahahahaa... Darling and I even decide to maybe every year just go Bangkok to shop only instead of buying in Singapore!!! hahahaha... Fen fen, you know what to do lor... remember me ok? :P

Anyway, my favourite things of all are those things you see the most (precisely right? :P) Can tell what are they? It's those Naraya bags!!! Hahahahaha... Bought the most for myself from there!!! So so so so so happy!!! and I'm going to start using like tomorrow liao!!! Heheheehe...

Oh ya! You may be wondering why I can write this blog at this time of the day (it's like 11 am now) Coz I'm on medical leave at home now... see my stupid fat and swollen leg??? hahahahaa... I sprained my leg on my last day in Bangkok and heng it's sprained after all my shopping and on my way back to last massage and coming back to Singapore. Funny right? I always have been a "good girl", people says, "Shop till you drop," right? So I really drop lor... hahahahaa... I was at the road to my hotel and was trying to siam a car and didn't notice there's a hole on the ground and my foot went in. It was damn pain coz I twisted it to the left then try to catch my step and twisted it again to the right! At that moment I really can't walk and there's a stupid thai there on a bike who keep looking at me laughing at me lor!!! I was so angry that I stared at him!!! Idiot man!!! Anyway, I thought it was just a pain and will go away so I tried to walk to my massage parlor. After massaging my whole body, my leg dun feel so pain... and we quickly went to take our lugguages and hurried to the airport. (we were the last ones :P) But upon reaching the airport, my leg started to have some pain. It was quite mild so I ignore it. But after walking from 1 end of the airport to the other end, (in search of the stupid tax refund counter) the pain was unbearable and my leg started to swell... hahahaha... then it became this... and yesterday night went to see those chinese sinseh for the rubbing... think will never go there again. DAMN DAMN PAIN!!! so pain that I cried!!! So sad... hate it lor... but this morning, it's like a miracle, pain almost gone liao... and I can walk!!! hahahahaha... They are really good lor... hehehehe...

Our first CAR!!! Hooray!!!

Yeh yeh!!! At last my another dream comes true!!! Yeh yeh!!! On Sunday, we went to order our first car - Nissan Latio Sport!!! So so happy!!! When darling actually told me last week that we are getting a car on Sunday, I really couldn't believe my ears!!! Coz I've been having too many false alarms from him!!! :P Since then, I've been having dreams almost every night that we went to choose our car!!! I've dreamt that we went choosing a car and got it on the spot!!! HEhehee... then I dreamt we chose an expensive car!!! Then I dreamt we bought a china car!!! I even dreamt we didn't buy any car coz we can't find the car we like!!! That was like a horrible dream!!! And even on the previous night of Sunday, I dreamt again!!! I was so worried that in the morning, darling will tell me we are not going to see car anymore. But luckily when I woke up, we're still going!!!

The first stop we went was actually Honda showroom. (Hubby's bro drove us around) We were looking at Honda Civic! It's so damn nice lor!!! But damn expensive lah!!! Hate it lor... if not think darling will surely buy it!!! hehehehehee...

So we went back to our original choice, Nissan Latio. We were actually only looking at normal Latio Premium only... the one with a backside and uncle looking... hehehee... we were never once consider this Latio Sport... but when we reach there, his bro actually told us to try Sport one instead and said it's not much difference in the price... All along we never want the sport version is because it has no boot but when we were looking around and the salesgirl actually told us the Premium Sport's backseats can be moved to create a bigger space for the boot, we were like a bit fickleminded!!! hehehhee... and after dear hubby test-drove the car, he loved it so much!!! I like it very much too... quite a quiet car and so so comfy!!! Really really love it a lot a lot lor!!! So we've decided to buy it on the spot!!! YeH YEH!!! heheheheee... so happy... but when we were in the shop, we weren't so excited lor... like everything is a dream... and dun dare to spoil it... hehehee... Only the next day, when everything started sinking in, then I feel the excitement!!! hehehhee... but sad sad, can only get the car maybe mid of oct only... but guess what colour we buy??? :P Pearl White!!! hehehehahahahahaa.... so so beautiful!!! But have to really maintain it at tip top condition!!! But I already volunteer to help darling wax his car once a month!!! Hope I can follow my promise!!! Long live darling!!! For buying car for us!!! HAHahhaahahaa... YEh yeh yeh!!! ^_^

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows

The latest and last book of Harry Potter is out on last Saturday, 21 July 07. I was working (so sad) and could only buy the book after work. I waited impatiently for it and once I reached Orchard (my version can only be bought from Borders)

I almost ran all the way from Orchard MRT to Borders!!! hehehee... if hubby never follow me, I think I probably have done that!!! hahahaha... Anyway, really couldn't wait to start reading it... so while queuing for my book (my version was behind the cashier and not displayed out) everyone in front me was already reading their version and the queue was like maybe 5 before me, but it seems like 10 or 20 before me lor!!! I almost went to grab the other version to start reading it first but again, hubby is around and he forbid me to do so... so sad... at last it's mine!!! At the cover is so so nice!!! Love it so much... and I start reading it immediately when I bought it... while walking and reading, hubby scolded me again... and tells me to stop reading... so I stopped... we went for lunch and I tried to eat as fast so to start reading again... and hubby scolded me again... by then I've already read that Hedwig is dead!!! I was so sad!!! No wonder they are selling its soft toy!!! So sad!!! I almost feel like flying home to finish the book!!!

Sunday, the whole day, I never go out... to try finishing the book but can only finish about slightly more than half of it only... but luckily I managed to finish everything by 3 days!!! Yeh yeh!!! It's a happy ending!!! Although too many people died ... a bit sad... but happy happy ending!!! yeh yeh yeh!!! Think have to start reading everything over again... this is maybe like my 15th times maybe... but who cares!!! These are my best books ever!!! ^_^

"Exciting" week

This has been quite a week for me... can say 1 of my best week of this year... :P

Firstly, dearest hubby's bro went for a trip and so he lent us his car for a week. I love it so much! Not because I like HIS car, but because we got transport to go anyway we want. We went around having the favourite food we like that are not easy assessible and we are so happy that this week we spend a lot of money... heheheee... but I really dun mind... guess this really makes up our mind to get a car next month if everything goes smoothly by next week... really keeping my fingers and toes all crossed!!! ^_^

Secondly, it's HARRY POTTER DAY!!! Went to watch the show the first day it opens and was so excited that day that I can't work properly... So looking forward to it that maybe I really put too much hope into it... that make me feel so lost and disappointed after the show... or maybe it's the director that did a bad job... hehhahhahaheheee... the last director is a better one although he shoots the film so much different from the first 3 movies... yet he still make it quite enjoyable... this latest one "Order of the Phoenix" should be so much more excited than the last one yet I couldn't help but feel a bit bored at certain part of the show... my silly hubby even fell asleep during that part... there were so much excited part in the book but they never film it out... or was it cut away? I really wonder coz the show is only about 2 hours shorter than the last movies yet the book is like so much thicker... hope the next movie will be not shoot by the same director again...

Thirdly, it's Jacky Cheung concert!!! I've already missed so much of his performance, the "Snow.Wolf.Lake" and his previous concert that I can't really miss this one again... and I'm really happy that I didn't miss this... It's so FANTASTIC!!! Although he's may not be as good as before

(overheard some audience saying it, but I don't hear the difference coz I really never been to any of his concert) but I really enjoy it very very much!!! There was even a sector of performance like a mini musical show that he combine songs from the movie “如果爱”and musical show “雪。狼。湖”!!! It was marvelous!!! Really really worth the money!!! He's still a heavenly king to me!!! Love it when he sings all his oldies, really bring back a lot of memories... remind me when I was young... but the best part, he's already 46 yet he still can dance!!! Hehehheeee... and still dances like last time... I seen him dance in the concert in the past and I know he can dance but didn't know he can dance so well... hehheehee...

The funny part though was he speak in chinese in the beginning... and I really can't take it... so unnatural... so when he asked what we want to hear, of course I say cantonese... then he started speaking that... but he still forgets as and when and speaks back in chinese... hahahahaa... he evens jokes that he keeps forgetting coz he's so good in both language!!! Hahahahahaa... Anway, overall I love it very much... and this is the first time I see a concert with no empty seats... and furthermore he has to sing for 3 days!!! Heavenly king is always a heavenly king!!! ^_^

Promotion... Part II

At last I'm promoted... to special grade clerk and the next level will be official assistant... that's means officer and no more bonus... :P

But am I happy? I'm not... well, not in the beginning when I heard from my boss that I am really promoted... I thought I was the only one in my branch and I didn't really think that 2 of my juniors were also made SG! Well, it's like everyone also feel so lor... nobody will think they will promote too... although I am really happy for 1 of my colleague who is quite close to me... and good thing for her coz she was thinking of leaving... but when I think further, I can't help feeling why am I always so unlucky... maybe it's the time I joined the bank... being like end of the year... in Oct lor... they will not treat it as a year experience... but these 2 colleagues are always so lucky... when I first joined, I have to wait for 1.5 year before I was upgraded to Cat. 2 whereas they only have to wait less 1 yr... then wait another 1.5 year before I was upgraded to Cat. 3 whereas they only wait 1 year... if I can't blame my boss or myself, then it should be my luck lor... I've worked so so hard, yet they didn't work much and they can promote... maybe I should really stop working so hard... why make myself so difficult... :(

I know I shouldn't always 钻牛角尖, but really can't help it... I know I should stop thinking about all these... like what my "beloved" boss says, slow and steady wins the race... and if I dun stop thinking my work will soon go down the drain again... and now 2 juniors same as me I even have to work doubly hard... it's so so tiring... sobs sobs... why must work be like that? if only I can stop working but guess not... that's my life as I say... I'm not a lucky person...

P.S. even sadder... fell sick on fri ... till now... think even have fever... maybe it's all because of my moods too... life is so down for me now... sad sad...

Day 7 - Tokyo!!!

Hihi... sorry for the delay... let me continue with my Japan trip again... hehehehee...

This is the 2nd day in Tokyo... We have to wake up very early at maybe 6 plus... but coz we had a comfortable and peaceful sleep... we overslept and woke up only at 7 am... we immediately wash up and left for the famous Tsukiji Market to see how they work at their fish market... it's something like our fish market in Singapore but as you can see, their transport system in the market is so different... it's a small truck like a big oil barrel with a trolley in front... I think they invent it themselves and they are damn fast, I tell you!!! We almost got knocked down by it if we never run from it! But by the time we reach there, there isn't much activities coz it's consider quite late for the market... (we reach there about 8 am) so we never really look around and went straight for the "well-known" sashimi/sushi breakfast!!!

After walking around the shops near the market, we decided on a shop with no queue but a lot of people inside. Everyone was like so enjoying their food and we saw sushi or sashimi everywhere. We quickly ordered ours and waited patiently for it. At last it came and see!!! It's looks so appetizing!!! Guess which is mine? The bottom 2 bowls is mine!!! It's all sashimi in 1 bowl and rice in the other!!! My darling has sushi for his breakfast which is delicious too. Both orders actually cost the same price which is about S$50 each. The most expensive meal we taken for the whole trip but was the best!!! But as this is the first time I eat sashimi for breakfast, I was quite worried that my stomach can't take it... but luckily all went well... and all the sashimi is so so fresh!!! Coz it all came from the market straight!!! There was different kind of fish in it and my all time favourite is the swordfish sashimi!!! Even better than in Singapore!!! Of course lor, never take airplane one you know!!! Yummy!!!

After breakfast, we went through a park from the market to take a cruise to Asakusa where a famous temple is located at. While walking through the park, we saw a man feeding lots of cats... Japanese loves cats very very much... or shall I says cats and dogs... we saw a lot of pet shops in Hokkaido as well as Tokyo and there's really all sorts of things for their pets there... whatever human beings have, they will have... if I didn't remember wrongly, I remember seeing a kennel with aircon facility!!! Hahahahahaa...

Anyway, the boat trip was damn boring where it passes about 15 bridges and they introduce all of them and I almost fell asleep... but I see something that I didn't know Tokyo also has coz I thought it's such a nice and pleasant and perfect place... there are a lot of homeless people living under the bridges, and it's really like those we have in Singapore, old and dirty people, with no money and has to sleep in boxes... It really leaves a deep impression in me coz I didn't know of that at all... being such a perfect city... so high tech and everyone seem so rich...

When we reached Asakusa, we meet a group of young teenage girls dress in their traditional costumes having their "adult-turning" ceremony. It's so interesting to see traditional event in a modern country and really feel a loss that Singapore doesn't have all these.

At the temple, there was really a lot of people like our Goddess of Mercy temple at Bugis!!! Even more than that maybe coz it was a very very big temple!!! We went praying and bought their joss-sticks which is very interesting as they are all wrapped in a bundle... and you have to burn as a whole... and they are all quite short... after burning it, you have to go drink some holy water from a spring next to the temple... after that we went to for our luck to be read（求签）. It's like those we have except you take your own paper after you got your lucky stick and you need not kneel down to pray just stand and shake it. :P Anyway, my luck read was good but darling is not so good. But what will that means coz what we wishing for is the same... hahahaha... so will it be good or bad? :P

New Bed!!!

At last I've got a new bed, and it's a week old liao!!! ^_^ Our bed is like spoilt for a year plus already and I've been nagging my stingy hubby to buy one... until a month ago, at last he decided to buy it!!! Yeh yeh Yeh!!! We've window-shopping for beds for so long liao... and have been trying so many different brands... like King Koil, Simmons, Sealy, 4 stars, from a lot of major shopping centres... we actually decided to buy Simmons because of the brand but wanted to buy from IMM instead as we thought there has more varieties to choose from and we are only just see see look look first and cannot buy first.

But when we reached there and we went straight to the Simmons showroom and my silly hubby almost wanted to buy from them as they gives a lot a lot of freebies and it costs 4000 +++ and it's only slightly over our budget... but I wanted to look at others first although I also a bit tempted to buy, too.... heng I never buy coz Sealy (the next shop we look), also gives the same freebies and so much cheaper and even discounts on the bedframe! Total price for both the bedframe and mattresses only cost about $3500! (We want to buy both the mattress and bedframe coz my bedframe broke when we only slept for about a year and below are all newspapers to support the bed!!! :P And out mattresses is like dented and so uncomfortable!) But I dun like Sealy coz they still used those tradition way of doing their mattresses with whole patch of springs and not pocket springs... although she keeps telling us it's so much better than pockets springs, I still dun trust... so we left again...

Just then, we saw the brand Serta. We never heard of this brand before and a bit hesitate to go into the shop although I find their advertisement a bit familiar. We think and walk other shops very long then decide to go into the Serta shop as in our heart we already decided on Simmons bed and wanted to make sure we didn't choose the wrong brand.

There was no customers in the shop just the salesman and he was very frank when he talked to us. (He says me heavy and hubby light lor! :P At that moment, we almost wanted to leave coz find the way he talked a bit funny. But we still stay and listens to what he says) Anyway, he started introducing different different models and really explain a lot to us... how the beds works and for what type of sleeping postures and habits and how to take care of the bed... At last we decided on the bed like straightaway coz this is the cheapest so far and the salesman quite nice and patient and really explain so much to us. Furthermore he gives us the best freebies!!! Hehehehee... and it's the cheapest!!! Total only 3200!!! heheheehe... Anyway, been sleeping for a week liao... at last get used to it and love it so much now... and this is the first time I ever wake up and fall back asleep in the morning!!! Normally I can't sleep back again!!!! hehehehehe... (Btw, this is the first time my hubby didn't consider so much and keep wanted to spend money. I first time never buy the most expensive things!!! hahahaha... things are changing... OMG!!! ^_^)

Ai yo!!! So late then write this blog... or should say continue the blog... hahahaha... totally forget that I was halfway through this posting... hahahha... almost 1 month liao... hahahaha...

Anyway, this year bday quite happy as many people celebrate for me!!! hahahaa... or maybe I should say I chio a lot of people lah... hgehehehehe.... wanted to go KTV with the usual karkies!!! so chio them all to go... and I got a lot of bday presents from them!!! hahahaha... Maybe I should start chioing every year!!! heyhehehehehe...

Ok let me first intro this cake. It's a marvelous mango cake!!! And the first time I eating mango cake lor... my long time friends should all know that I dun eat mango but my colleague bought this cake didn't know about it and bought it... as it's my bday so I dun spoil everyone's mood and manage to eat a slice.... hahhahahaha... wow!!!! It's damn nice man!!! Maybe coz it's from a star hotel lor... hehehehee... that's why it's so nice!!! hehehehe... anyway, really really nice... not much mango smell and taste and the cake is so fresh and spongy and creamy and... ahahhaahaa... best cake i ever eaten... minus the mango lor... heheheeee

Next my bday presents... so happy that so old still got so many bday presents... All is like my favourite lor... There's a pair of Mickey and Minnie shaking heads dolls from my bankers colleagues, Shirley, Shi Jia, Pui San and Gwen... nowadays I especially like disney characters since I've been to Tokyo DisneySea lor... hehehehe... My favourite rose and it's so big and fresh from my new colleague Regina... A pair of handmade crystal penguins from another of my banker colleague Wendy... A bag from my own colleagues ... A lucky leaf necklace from my officers... Crabtree and Evelyn's gift set and famous amos from my O & T club members... and they actually give it to me in front of the whole cinema at a function by my company and make everyone sing bday song to me!!! So pai sei!!! And my whole face turn so red!!! Lucky in cinema and nobody can see!!! hahahahaaha... but it was really a surprise then... so happy lah... so long never have surprise liao... hehehehe... and of course the most expensive gift of all... a new digital camera from darling... :P so happy this year!!! ^_^

"Chionging"!!!

Last Wednesday, went "chionging" with my colleagues. Been a long time since I last chiong, think it's last year January, organised by my company... So happy and excited, looking so forward to going to Zouk especially on ladies night coz I think was 10 years ago when I first go Zouk's ladies night with my good friend, fen. So it really brings back a lot of memories... although have been to Zouk all these years but never been there on a wednesday which used to be mambo night, my fav!!! It hasn't changed much but I realised time really flies... cannot imagine 10 years have passed... feel so old suddenly...

Anyway, Zouk's opening hours seem to have changed coz when we reached at 9pm, they are not opened yet... huh? thought last time we went around 8pm, get a chop and went for dinner... but that was like so many years ago... so it must have changed lor! :P Anyway, we have to wait about 10 to 15 min before we are allowed in and not through the Zouk gate but the velvet underground gate... so funny hor?! Anyway, we managed to get a table coz we went in so early and sat and talked to pass time... we were their first customers!!! hahahahaa... lucky the 1 for 1 is still on... so we ordered 1 jug of long island tea, 1 burbon coke and 1 whiskey... but all X2 lor!!! hahahaha... so cheap!!!

Dunno whether is it that I haven't been drinking or the long island tea is real damn strong... soon I'm a bit high... and got a bit worried... my colleague also a bit high and we quickly ordered fruit punch and ice water!!! hghahahaa... imagine coming to zouk to drink fruit punch!!! hahaha... the rest of the colleagues all laughed at us!!! But the night is still young what!!! hahahaha...

At 10 pm, there's still not much people around... (funny lor, I remember last time we started dancing at around 10:30 pm lor)... and we were a bit bored... so we played 5 10... and A and me lost the most and drank the most... we almost finished 1.5 jug by ourselves!!! I'm real high now and if I dun start dancing, I think I'll be drank... luckily by then it was already 11 plus and people started dancing at the dance floor... we quickly went down to dance... but after dancing a while until about 11:45pm... we went back to our table to order our last 1 for 1 drink... tequila nick!!! My fav!!! really like this drink very much!!! Anyway, 1 of my colleagues' friends join her and order drinks for us ( or maybe not, but we just took 1 each lor :P ) it was quite a nice drink too called sex on the beach!!! funny though, dun feel like doing that after drinking what... so why is it called sex on the beach??? Also dun remind me of the beach lor... hahahha...

Anyway, by then, I was damn high and went dancing... really danced the night away until about 1 am!!! I'm so tired after dancing a while only... but so fun lor... really loved dancing a lot ... so long since I went clubbing... and I still love it so much... guess once a while clubbing is really good lor... that's why I'm never sicked of it... hahahaaa...

By the time I reached home, it's about 1:30 am... I was so tired and high and giddy and sleepy... after bathing I straightaway went to sleep till morning... but when I woke up, I dun feel right at all... think I had a hangover... first time I have hangover lor!!! And it's so uncomfortable and miserable!!! Never want another hangover anymore!!! Head so pain and giddy... stomach not feeling very well, diarrhea... that night I slept so early... and the next day, I fell sick... :( flu, cough, headache, sore throat, diarrhea, giddy, feel so cold, a bit fever... wah!!! think I old liao lor... never feel so miserable before lor... the next day feel better liao.. but yesterday, sick again!!! I'm so weak!!! I dun want to go chiong anymore!!! (Hope so :P)

Day 6 - 1st day in Tokyo by ourselves!

Today, we are leaving the tour group and exploring Japan on our own!!! So excited yet scared, hope I'll not get lost. I've been researching for about 3 months liao since November. Hope I've prepared myself for it. ^_^

Anyway, after leaving the hotel in Narita, we took a free shuttle to Narita Airport to take a train to Ueno-Nezu. We were a bit lost at the airport, looking for the train station that's linked to the airport. At last we found it but there are so many different type of trains!!! There's JR, JR Tokyo, Metro Subway, ... and so on... I was so confused at that moment... lucky I brought along all my research and got on the subway... the photo is how the subway looks like... isn't it a bit like MRT? :P except theirs are more hightech... coz all train will show what's the station it's reaching and the next station... ours in Singapore is still in trial run... guess we are not that high tech after all! Anyway, the only thing I dun like about the subway and train station is they are so not tourist-friendly!!! There's so little escalators or elevators!!! We practically have to carry our lugguages up or down staircases and we have not 1 but 3 big lugguages!!! It was supposed to be a cold day yet after we come out of the station, we were perspiring like we are in Singapore!!! It was such a drag when we have to leave the hotel we were staying to go to the next place that we have to put our lugguages in lockers at the station. No wonder they have lockers in subway station!!!

Anyway, after leaving our station after 1.5 hr of travelling and lugguage-lifting, we have to find our little hotel, or should I say Ryokan, coz it's those small small houses who let out their rooms to tourists... it's a very budget place and we have difficulty finding it coz it was in 1 of their small roads around Ueno. After walking about 10 min, at last we found it. It's a very cozy place and so japanese! Love the place the first time I see it. There were only 4 rooms in total on the 2nd floor and it really feels so at home... That night is the only night I managed to sleep so soundly since the beginning of the trip and I felt so refreshed the next day... (I dun feel very good in all those hotel rooms although some of them are similiar to this one I stay, yet there's no homely feeling!)

After leaving our lugguage at the ryokan, we went out for a stroll in the famous Ueno Park and guess what!!! Cherry Blossoms are everywhere!!! So beautiful!!! I'm overjoyed to be about to see them on this trip!!! It was supposed to be winter time yet Tokyo is almost like beginning of spring! I love this flowers so much!!! It's really very very pretty and so pink!!! It's really a trip worthwhile as seldom can one encounter both winter and spring in a country and I was real lucky to be able to see and feel both!!! Really love Japan so much that I'm thinking of migrating there!!! Hahahahaa... seems like every country I go, I always want to migrate there... if I travel around the world, maybe I'll have a citizenship in all the countries!!! hahahaha...

Hokkaido - Day 5

Heeheee... sorry for the delay on my Hokkaido trip coz from my previous posts, you'd be able to tell, anyway, this is my 5th day in Japan experience...

We have to wake up quite early to take a domestic flight back to Tokyo today... Already started to miss Hokkaido and especially the hot spring that I woke up at 5 am to enjoy my last hot spring in Hokkaido!

When we reached Tokyo, the weather is so different from Hokkaido... with the usual winter that I wore in Hokkaido is making me perspire in Tokyo!!! The weather is so cooling but not as cold as in Hokkaido and in Tokyo, it's mostly indoor and their indoor is all equipped with heater. It's a bit weird for me as I'm still in Japan yet their seasons is so different. According the the tour guide, it's almost spring that's why it's not so cold. Anyway, springtime,... that means... will there be cherry blossoms??!!!???!!! Hope I'll be able to see them full bloom!!!

Anyway, when we reached Tokyo, we happened to bum into 1 of their important festivals - children day or can also say grownup day. It's especially for those girls who has just turned 18 and going to be a adult. Think it's a very important phrase for Japanese's children that's why they have these puppets all made-up especially for them, and everywhere you'll see this for sure!!!

"First" day of work!!!

Started work at the new branch yesterday, it was so fun!!! But a bit ironic coz actually I was so so busy... I've been working till about 10 pm everyday since Monday at the new branch to set it up and make sure everything are all there... so busy with everything yet only my officer and I were the only ones to stay behind... not much help from my other colleagues... but no choice... guess in charge of new branch is like that one... a very good experience for me and hope will help in my promotion in the future...

Anyway, yesterday was the first day and everything went off bad... firstly, aircon was not on... make me feel so hot and heaty and straightaway my headache came and it continue until at night... sianz lah... next, cannot log on to my system... a bit gan chiong but heng the IT guys are all there to help me... next, I suddenly forgot a lot of things and things I need to do and got so stressed, that my headache got worst and giddy spells started coming... But lucky not much customers and I actually have 2 more colleagues with me so I can still help with the back office and some paper works... hope tomolo and next week will be a better day!!!

New branch... new feelings...

Today officially, I'm informed that I'll be transferred to a new branch... I actually already knew it last week but only today then my manager actually informed me officially. Dunno why, but actually quite happy with it and really hope that I can stay there long... although that maybe impossible coz my manager actually wants us to go on rotation basis around branches. I find myself quite ironic and funny, remember last time, I actually cried so so sadly when I knew I was to transfer to another branch, yet now I actually can accept that!!! HAhahhaaaa... also dunno why I feel that way... maybe I've matured in my thinkings or maybe I'm getting bored with the current job... hahahaaaa... The branch I'll be going is actually at AMK and it's so near my house!!! HEhehhehee... so happy!!! Imagine now I go to work is only about 15 mins, compared with my 45 mins to Dhoby Ghaut!!! Hahahahaaha... No wonder I so happy lah!!! heheheee... But if only it's permanent... but permanent, maybe I won't feel so happy again... I still used to working in a big dept or branch... and the promotion's opportunity is actually much much higher... so I really don't know again... do I want promotion or a simple job? So vexed over this... :P

Day 4 of Hokkaido

The thing I looked most forward to in my Japan Trip was to have a hot spring bath. Everytime on Japan Hour, when I see those Japanese always go to those so beautiful hot springs, with all the natural surrounding and especially during winter time, is always so so beautiful! So when I was really going to Hokkaido and my package actually includes hot spring, I was overjoyed!!! The first hotel I stayed I already started asking for hot spring but they don't have and only have spa. Spa is not natural hot spring and it's like those Singapore's spa and I don't want that! I want to try natural hot spring!!! I've already found out so many information on Japan's hot springs, the way to bath and really enjoy and make full use of the hot spring water!!! I don't want to go back disappointed. The next hotel was also a spa hotel and I am really getting desperate!!! Only on the 3rd day, at last! My first natural hot spring!!! Yeh Yeh!!! That evening, straightaway after putting down our luggages, hubby and I quickly went to this outdoor foot hot spring!!! Guess what, it's so HOT!!! Hhahhahaaaa... really not used to it but lucky it was snowing at the time we were doing our hot spring. The hotness really make our whoe body warm and doesn't feel the coldness from the snow. Such a good experience. After dinner, we went straight to their hot spring. Of course you have to rest first, at least 45 mins to 1 hour after meal or else it won't be good for your health. There are 2 hot springs, man and woman. It's located at the top floor of the hotel and the hotel's name is 洞爷胡。 It's so nice!!! Okay, let me explain the procedure of the Japan hot spring. Heheheee... First you must get naked with all the other women all around, and don't worry, nobody will look at you. :P You will see all ages of women too, and I actually heard that children can also go to hot spring!!! Hehehee... Next you will bath in a common area with open cubicles, with chairs or stools for you to sit while bathing and I really like that. Remind me of childhood time when mum will bath for me. Heheheeeheee... You really have to bath thoroughly as Japanese don't like you to dirty their hot spring water if your body is not cleaned properly. After bathing, you can slowly go into the hotspring. And I really say slowly means slowly. The normal degree of a natural hot spring is 40 degrees!!! And that is really hot for a first timer. I actually sit on the side first with my legs in the water first, trying to get used to the heat. Then I try pouring water with my hands over my legs and try to get it higher and higher up my body. Next I try to sit down in the water but body is still not inside the water. After a while more, then I started to move totally into the water. It's damn hot at that moment!!! But I try to overcome it and once you overcome it, it's really shiok man!!! But after only about 5 mins, my heart starting pounding very fast and I know I must get up liao. That's actually the normal time for the first timer. You can stay in the water for too long or else you'll faint and that really happened to one of my tour mate, so if really can't take it don't force yourself and you really must do it slowly. You will need to rest for about 5 mins then you can dip in again. This time I tried the open air hot spring!!! It's much much better than the enclosed one as maybe due to the natural air outside and it so cold outside, the hot spring is not that hot (or maybe I'm already used to it) I can actually dipped in for a longer time about 10 mins. Heeheehheee... I wanted to dip it longer (seeing all the other Japanese who can stayed in the water so long, why can't I? :P) but my heart started pounding again. You see the hot spring's heat is so good to your body that a scientist actually find out that the heat will actually go all the way into your bones and not like the normal heat which only go into your skin. And for me, as my circulation of my blood is always very good, it actually heat up all my blood and make them flows so fast that my heart has to be so busy pounding them!!! heheheee... but it's really very very shiok lor. Everyone should really try that. The only pity was they dun have like couple's or unisex's hot spring then I can go with hubby, then not so lonely liao!!! ^_^ Anyway, I love it so much that the next morning, before breakfast, I actually wake up earlier to enjoy the hot spring again! Best of all, I've even seen sun rise at the open air hot spring!!! Such a wonderful feeling and it's so Japan Hour!!! ^_^

After breakfast, we actually went to one of their famous seafood market and have a look at their seafood. Their varieties are so different from us! All their crabs are so big!!! And see, they actually sell live octopus!!! First time I've seen one!!! So interesting and cute!!! This one I actually "help" it before I took this photo. Heheheee... One of its tentacles actually falls out of the bucket and I actually help it to put it back. (Actually I just wanted a feel of how octopus feel like :P) But while helping it, it actually suck my finger so tightly that it was quite pain after it!!! The suction plate on the tentacles are so powerful and I didn't know it! The pain was there even after 15 mins! Now I know how it catches it prey and boy, can they suck!!! ^_^

But, heheheheee... after that I got my "revenge", or sort of lah. :P I actually managed to eat a black ink ice cream. It's actually made from the squids' black ink. It's not a real revenge but that's the octopus's relatives, so still counted!!! :P Anyway, the taste is, errr... quite unique... not too bad... lucky they put more milk than ink and there's only a slight ink taste of squids but the ice cream is greyish and I like that colour!!! heheheheee....

After all of these, we went to some other tourist sights but the best is the famous Hakotate's night view. It's so so so so so beautiful and this is actually one of Japan's best night view. But the problem is, in order to see this, you have to go to a hill top to see and as it's winter time, with all the snow and cold wind blowing as and when, it's so damn cold at the hill top lor!!! Furthermore, the wind is so so strong and poor hubby have to find ways to take this beautiful photo and it's the only one that turn out to be perfect. I couldn't even stand in the wind for more than 5 mins then have to go indoor (there's a building at the hilltop) and poor darling have to stand in the wind to take this photo, and can only take it by putting it on the top of a partition to steady his hands and the camera!!! If not, your camera will be blown away!!! HEheheehee... But all is worthwhile... see nice nice right? ^_^

Day 3 of Hokkaido - the "first" day!!!

First encounter with the huskies, my first thought was "are they fierce and will they bite?" But to my surprise, they are so friendly and actually let me touch and play with them!!! Oh!!! I love them so much!!! They are so happy with their surroundings and longed to run freely in the snow!!! This is totally different from the husky we see back home, nicely groomed yet look so tired. These huskies look so alive and excited!!! I almost wanted to go on the dog sledge just because of them, but will they be able to take my weight? :P I think I better not, and it's so expensive, just 1 round cost about SGD50 bucks!!! Better just take some photos with them and just tell everyone we've been on it!!! Hehehehee.... Hope no one will find out!!! Hahahaaa...

Anyway, we have a lot of our "first time" here at the ski resort; - our first snow-tubing, our first encounter with the "original" huskies, our first snow-rafting (couldn't have any photos on that, you know why? so sad that on the second day, my stupid camera charger was gone!!! Just couldn't charge my camera anymore!!! Of all time, to spoil on a trip!!! Hate it so much!!! But thanks to technology, our handphone are equipped with cameras and therefore still not so bad!!! Heheheee... some of the photos we took are actually using the phone cameras, can you tell? :P Anyway, we have 2 batteries for our camera so really have to save the batt for the total trip of 11 days!!! And guess what, 1 of the batteries actually did last until after the trip!!! hahahaaaa... all thanks to our saving of batteries!!!), our first encounter with the pros of skiers and snowboarders (they are so cool!!! I couldn't take a picture of how steep is the hill because it is really damn steep and we were forbidden to walk to the edge!!! It's almost like 90º degrees!!! But the best part was we saw a kid about the age of 8 who actually went down the hill!!! OMG!!! So pro!!! My hubby and I actually tell ourselves that by the next time we come back, we want to be able to do that, too!!! Hehehee... hope that dream will come true!!!), and the most important of all, our first encounter with the high-tech toilet bowl!!!

HEheheeee... As you can see, their toilet bowl is equipped with so many gadgets at the side, and man! are they are really very useful!!! First, as it is winter time, so the toilet bowl is automatically heated up with a heated toilet seat so your buttocks will not catch a cold regardless whether is it a big or a small business you are doing. Second, it's equipped with music or natural sound, in case your "poo poo" or "she she" is too loud or you don't want people to hear whether you are doing big or small, the music will also automatic come out, either with water flowing sound or bird singing. Thirdly, if you run out of papers, no worries... just press a button and your bottom will be cleaned so thorough that you don't even need to wipe it anymore (I've tried that and it's so good!!! ^_^) Hahahaaa... if only we have this toilet bowls, and boy, do the Japanese know how to pamper themselves...

Japan Trip - Day 2

This morning we have to wake up very early to go to 1 of their market and have a look at their famous seafood. Their crabs are so big!!! Almost the same size as a plate! We even see some hugh salmon and sea urchins. Their locals will just on the spot buy them and the seller will actually cook on the spot for you! So fresh!

The next stop we went to is Asahi Beer Refinery, one of their top beer in Japan. It's so amazing to see some dept. with no people working in it, at the most is just 1 to 2 persons. It so high tech there as everything is all compurterized! They are so depending on their robots!!! The only department we saw with the most workers is in their QC dept, with only 5 workers!!! hahahaa But lucky the tour guide from Asahi is human and see, so kawaii!!! hahahaahaa...

The first time I see a live volcano and it's so beautiful! Just cannot imagine it bringing all the disasterious things when it's "angry"! :P But there's a funny smell in the air like someone who keep farting! Heheheheee Anyway that's the smell of the sulphur that is good for our skin that I'll be dipping in the rest of my trip!!! Hahahaha... Hot Spring, here I come!!!

First try on the sledge and I have a great fall!!! Hahahaa but it was great fun and I tried for at least 5 times!!! hahahahaa... love all these rides so much... looking forward for tomorrow for the half day of fun!!! Yeh yeh!!!

Day 1 of Hokkaido

Before the trip, I keep worrying, will I be able to stand the cold with so many people telling me that it will be really really cold and freezing... so the first time I did when I reached Narita Airport was to go outside and and a "feel" of the coldness... hehehee... it really feel like aircon!!!(We are supposed to transfer flight as there's no straight flight to Hokkaido, but I did't care and just ran out while the rest are waiting for each other to gather together! Hehehee) So amazing!!! Guess this is really how everyone feels when we don't encounter 4 seasons!!! But it's really cold man!!! Without my jacket, I can't stand there for more than 5 min and it's only in Tokyo!!! Hokkaido is so much worst!!! Oh dear!!! Will I be able to stand it? Really keeping my fingers crossed!!! heheheheee

This is my first meal in Hokkaido, Japan!!! See the scallop so big!!! I just loved japanese food so much that I think I can stay forever in Japan!!! But really hope every meal tastes so good (coz can't have much hope for tour packages' meals, always hear from other people that only the first few meals are nice!!! Keeping my fingers crossed again!!! )

My first encounter with snow!!! It's so soft!!! Yet if you press everything together, it can be as hard as rock!!! So happy!!! Love snow so much!!! It feels so nice and clean (although it is really not that clean, contacting with the air and dust but you see, it's so white, really can't stop myself for just scooping it all up and eating it!!! Like ice kachang!!! hahahaa) The best thing is after this stop (our makan stop) it starting snowing!!! That's even better!!! First time seeing snow falls down from the sky, it's so beautiful and soft and small!!! It's really not like those show that it's all big and round that you can see it easily. We didn't even feel it when it starting snowing and it's so soft and light and melt once it touches your hand (as your hand gives out heat) It's so amazing!!! The tour leader even says we are so lucky to be able to see snowing the first day we reached!!! But it's so cold even though I'm already in my thermal wear, a long sleeved turtle-necked T-shirt, a pull-over and my wooly jacket!!! Guess tomorrow I shall wear thicker then!!! Hahahahaaa...

Next, we went to a musical-box shop and I was so happy there. Just love musical box so much that I feel like buying all of them! But alas! There are so expensive and in the end, I just bought only 1 musical ornament. So sad!!! A bit regret now but no choice lor... ^_^

Back from Japan Trip...

Just came back from Tokyo early yesterday morning, but funny, don't really miss the place too much. Maybe the trip is a bit too long and tired for me that when I was at Narita Airport, I miss Singapore so much!!! heheheee... but last trip to Cairns, Australia wasn't like that. I was so unwilling to come back to Singapore... coz maybe that time the trip was only about 5 days whereas this time is about 12 days!!! hahahaha... But the place I miss most is still DisneySea!!! How??!!! How I wish I can go back again!!! Really had lots of fun there, and really make me feel like a kid again!!! Already thinking of going to HongKong DisneyLand now and already tried finding information about it... hehehhehe... really is a very nice place lah!!! heheheheee...

Anyway, got too many stories to tell and I will try to summarize by per day blog... starting from tomorrow... today, just updated my latest photos into my blog, can just click on my link... guess how many photos I have? hahahaha... 390!!! exclude a disposable camera I bought!!! hahahaa... think 400 in total!!! hahaahahaa...

Japan - "Natural Disaster"!!!

Woo woo!!! So strong wind!!! First time I kana a natural disaster!!! But just a small one now... hope tomolo will be better... but so excited now... a bit want it to worsen coz never encounter such things before... but still feel a bit scared... so feelings a bit mixed!!! heheheehe

The feeling is so good... we almost got blown away by the wind!!! Now then I realised that the news are all real... people can really get blown away!!! hehehe We can't even stand straight without holding on to something! Hahahaa

Anyway, on Sunday we went to Tokyo Disneysea. So happy!!! First time been to Disney Resort and I think I'll always go back!!! Love it so much!!! All the performances and all the rides!!! We managed to sit in all the rides, except of course kids' rides and those too scary rides, like turning 360 degrees and the blunging ride!!! hahahahahaa... think too old for that liao... my heart cannot take it anymore... heheheheee... but the best thing was, my hubby managed to win 2 big dolls for me at the game stalls!!! So nice!!! It`s a pair of Mickey and Minnie!!! Yeh yeh!!! My hubby is also so happy that he keeps laughing all the way!!! Think we really have a great fun there and we`ll thinking of going to all the disneyland if possible!!! hehehehee...

Hokkaido and Tokyo... Part II

Hheheheheee... I'm now in Katsutaro Ryokan http://www.katsutaro.com/ (my hotel - a small home-based inn) in Tokyo. This is such a cosy place that I think I'll come back again!!! Really like this type of home-style inn and you can really feel how Japanese lives.

Anyway, just touched down yesterday from Hokkaido. So fun at Hokkaido, and the tour guide actually said we were so lucky; you know why, everyday it snowed although not those big heavy storms (lucky or else all the itineraries will go haywired!!!) And the first time I see snow, we were actually at a bridge and the the view is so beautiful!!! We've been to so many places like the famous musical box shop and the famous chocolate factory (dun worry already bought your gifts-chocolate from there!!! \^_^/) I also had so much fun at the ski resort. Although I never ski, coz no time to learn and quite expensive in Japan (so thinking of going to Korea to learn first, hheheeheee) we had snow tubing, snow rafting, and snow sledging!!! We even went to one of the highest mountain and watched all the pros ski or snow boarding!!! It's so amazing!!!

Unfortunately, my body cannot withstand the coldness and broke down on the 4th day of my trip. My just recovered-cough came back and I started having such itchy throat again. Throughout the rest of the trip, I keep coughing and till now, I'm still coughing!!! But it's so much better liao, thanks to high tech medicine from Japan! Do you know they dun provide syrup for coughs instead give tablets for it?!?!! If it's good, thinking of buying more to bring back to Singapore!!! hehehehee... I just hate to take syrup lah!!!

Ok, that's all for today, coz now it's already about 11:30 pm and tomolo still have to wake up early to go to their famous fish market to eat fresh sushi!!! hehehehee... see ya frenz

Hokkaido!!! Here I come!!!

Tonight at 11:30 pm, I'll be flying to Hokkaido liao!!! Suddenly got a bit scared yet excited, worried yet happy, 舍不得 yet looking forward, also dunno what's my real feelings are... but anyway, this time dunno why not like last time started writing blog way way before, I only feel like writing the blog like now, today, only... hahahaa... maybe so used to travelling liao lor... hehehee... like I've travelled a lot like that... but only so far been to Malaysia (everyone's been there before lor!), Thailand (also everyone been there lor!!! ) and the furthest is Cairns, Australia. Well, this time Japan trip is about the same distance as Australia, so these 2 are my furthest countries!!! hahahaha.... Anyway, as you can see, now it's still snowing in Hokkaido, so excited over it as this is the first time I see snow!!! But yet worried as cold sometimes can trigger my asthma. So keeping all my fingers and toes crossed!!! Anyway, my trip to Hokkaido is by tour group and it's going to be for 7 days!!!

After that, Tokyo, here I come!!! Mount Fuji is of course a must-place to go!!! But as it's still winter time, we can't actually climb the Mount Fuji so can only go the the town near it!!! But still, very very happy!!! I'll be staying at Tokyo, by ourselves (of course is my hubby and me lah) and hope we'll have an enjoyable trip together and will not be lost!!! Hahahahaa... Anyway, count downing now, another... 9 hrs more... hahahahaaha... heheheeee...

Lucky Draw Incident!

Had a bad incident recently that I really can't stand it that I've to send it to Today papers. Hope they'll publish it and let everyone knows this. Below is my article :-

I seldom enter lucky draws as I always feel I'm never lucky but while waiting for my hubby to fill it up at QBHouse after our hair cut, I might as well do so, too. Two weeks later, I actually got a call, telling that I've won a consolation prize! At first I thought it was just another of those survey or time-sharing calls tricking us to go and listen to their talks by telling us that we won a prize. But when the caller actually mentioned they are calling on behalf of QBHouse, I actually believed it as I really did enter the draw! Thinking that for once, I'm actually going to win a prize, I was so overjoyed that I've forgotten all the details of the draw and not paying attention to the caller except on the prize! She actually mentioned that as the grand prize has already been given out, this is a special consolation draw especially for couples and that my hubby and me have to go down that very evening to get the prize! She was so kind as to let me call my hubby first to seek his approval. I immediately called him to tell about the good news. He agreed to go down but questioned me as if why does he have to go down together with me if it's really a real prize and that why must it be that very day? I pondered and started having a lot of queries. I immediately called QBHouse to check with them if their draw has already been drawn and they replied it hasn't. I've even checked with them who's their lucky draw sponsor and they actually told me it's a company called "Data Dynamics". At that very moment, I actually passed a QBHouse branch at Plaza Singapura and there it was, a big poster showing the end of draw will end in February! (They called me on the last week of January!) Just then, my phone rang and it was the lady who said that "I've won". I actually questioned her that was it true that the draw has been drawn and she still said yes. I've told her I've actually called QBHouse and the in-charge actually said it wasn't. This time she changed her story and told me that it was just a first part of the draw and there was actually two lucky draws. Then I questioned her again on the company that she was calling from and she replied it was on behalf of QBHouse and the sponsor of the the lucky draws. I immediately questioned the company's name and she replied it's Global Travel. By then, I already realised it's a hoax, or should I say, just a trick to make me go to the company and wanted to put down the phone. She insisted that they are the authorised sponsor. But I don't believe and wanted her manager to call me. Immediately, I called QBHouse again and checked with them what does this Data Dynamics company do, and they replied data entries. At that moment, I realised maybe this Data Dyanmics has sold my "data" to the Global Travel! Just then, the manager called me up and explained to me again that they are the authorised sponsor and the prize is a real prize. I told him about the conversation that I've had with QBHouse and after hearing it, he actually said, in that case, thank you and bye bye!!! What is this? After hearing the truth, the manager don't dare to talk to me anymore? Or is it that they got my data illegally or wrongfully that they got worried? I mean, I've actually entered a lucky draw hoping to win a prize and not passed my details to all other companies! Likewise at a bank, they still need to get our consensus if they want to pass our information to other companies, and we can actually signed a letter to stop all that. But at a lucky draw, is there any small prints to show that they can just pass our information around or is it that once we've entered a lucky draw, we are giving consensus to all that?

Remember my bat incident? ... Guess what... my mum said having bat in the house is good luck... coz 蝙蝠 means 福, that's mean got luck and prosperious and tells me immediately to buy 4D on my house number. I said ok ok... but as usual, I always forget... to tell u truthfully I really dun like 4D (coz my dad always buy so much that his whole salary goes to 4D :(...) and maybe that's why I never remember. Guess what, of course the number came out lor!!! So lucky for my mum to buy it but guess I really no luck... Wow!!! First time I can write my blog in the office leh... so excited!!! But while I'm excited... I'm also feeling so moody and sad again... and it's because of my usual problem again... promotion and baby... *sign...

baby... think having my menses again this few days... been on the chinese medicine for 2 months liao... think i'm getting impatient again... really must stop thinking... but can't especially after seeing my little nephew... so cute yet the parents dun want to take care of him... can give birth yet dun want to take care... if I surely can't bear to leave him and will think of him every minute...

promotion... my officer yesterday actually said something that makes me ponder and get so moody that till today I'm still like that... why must I be like other people? can't I work my way up using my own style and working habit? why must I follow people? really hate to follow people... I have my way of working... and I really feel I do a lot... I dun like to annouce to other people that I'm doing the things... and why must promotion be based on that? must I really always show it in front of the bosses... why must it be so show off? Anyway, if I really can't make it next year, will really consider leaving liao... HATE this type of working environment... :(

Ai yo... so long never write liao... all because of this stupid PC!!! Lousy... dunno what happen one day just couldn't connect anymore... sianz lah... hubby tried all ways to do it... even fall sick because of this stupid PC (but a bit exagerating right? fell sick... but really true... coz he's too stressed over it liao... ^_^) I almost have the urge to buy a new PC... we even went to upgrade the modem... hoping that it'll help... but still cannot... and in the end, what really went wrong was the application problem... the window XP just couldn't work... dunno why... hubby have to waste money to go buy 1 orginial window XP... but still have the possibility that the program can't work... we'll just trying our luck... and at last... I can use my PC liao... YEH!!! for almost 3 weeks I can't do anything to the PC... but dunno whether is that good or bad... but I actually managed to do a lot of other things... like reading newspaper and my novels... think it's also a blessing in disguise...

Ai ya!!! D & D finished liao!!! So fast, it's over liao... a bit sad... quite fun there... My colleague won in the singing competition. She came in 3rd!!! So happy for her!!! At least she won for me!!! :P Anyway, find myself a bit bad that day, cause there's another girl from my dept but another branch also got in the finals... but when her name wasn't annouce for the top 3, I was so happy!!! :P Guess human beings are really selfish when come to winning... my next seat colleague and I were so happy but can't get feeling a bit bad for being so happy!!! ^_^

Anyway, this is the first time I've been to a D & D with so many Citibankers... the last time they had this was in 1997!!! Think i was still schooling!!! HAhahahahahaa... really hope they'll organise more this type of functions in the future to really get to know each other and have fun!!! *_*

Heheheheee.... D & D coming!!! So excited!!! Too excited that I bought so many new things... :P See!!! Is my top nice??? ^_^ Love it so much... hahaha... think can even wear it to hong's wedding!!! hehhehehehee... at least it's not a waste of money lah!!! :P

My office also quite excited today... everyone talking about it... heard from those who has worked very long there that it has been a long time since so many depts are together for a D & D. Cause our company are too big and everytime have to split into different depts. So sian!!! That's why I'm so excited now... and this is the first time I can sit and enjoy all the dinner cause every year since I've joined, I've participated in all sorts of competition held during D & D. Ranging from taletime, to Citi-Idol!!! :P But I really do feel a bit lost... but at least my dept has sent representative... hehehhhee...

Anyway, D & D is tomorrow... hope it'll be enjoyable... bringing my camera cause I think can see a lot of other colleagues who has transferred to other branches or dept... so looking forward to it... *_*

Work or my life?

Had a horrible day today. Going to make a decision soon... should I really change myself to suit a job or should I change job to suit myself? Find it very difficult... do we really have to do that to be adaptable in all environment? I mean who don't have temper in this world? Even God sometimes might have a bad day and make silly decisions (like having typhoon in certain countries)... of course it's only when you are so comfortable in a job that you'll blare out your temper... you surely won't go shouting and screaming at strangers, right? Does that mean I really can't be angry at all in the office? Maybe then, I should wear a mask... but will I still be able to be so stress-free and problem-free if I really do that? I really don't know... I know myself, I'm very inflexible at changing myself but if I really require to do so, I will do it 100% but will I still be happy? Coz that's not the real me... but everyone seem to be telling me to change... they can't be wrong right? since so many of them make the same decision... surely all of them won't bring harm to me... or should I just listen to myself? I really dun want to be at a losing ends... hate losing... what should I do?

Really can't bear to leave the people there... (ok.. only a few lah, but today find that maybe they are maybe not my real friends... :( ) how I wish I can go back to childhood time where there's no problem for me... and friends surrounding me are those that I love to be with so much... but stupid me... how can time goes back in time??? you really must look forward to the future... and stop dreaming... signz... life can be so down sometimes...

Superman Returns

Just went to watch "Superman Returns" yesterday, and you know what? I think I "fell in love" with Superman!!! ^_^ He's so cute and acted the character so well!!! Guess he really reminds me of the previous Superman... Really misses those movies in the past when I'm just a kid... now having grown up, it's really like back to my childhood time when my dad will always ask me to watch the movies with him... and really love his flying around and his lovelife...

But dunno why, everytime after watching this type of heros show, I always fell in love with them... Batman, Spiderman, even Master Huang!!! :P Guess I really love heros a lot and really goes out to them when they start saving so many people... it's just like I'm so into uniformed man... and really like my hubby wearing his uniforms when he goes for reservist!!! ^_^

Anyway, think I'm going to watch the show again... see anyone wants to watch with me... frenz, really must watch the show... it's INCREDIBLY AMAZING!!! ^_^

"so old still think people will molest her meh? what she want him to do? already touched then how? still think she's a young girl" hahahahaha... I cannot stand liao and laugh out and told that to my hubby... he also laughed... but he said maybe it's really true the man touched her, who knows? But I really don't think so lah... accident do happen... like everyday in the MRT, I'm being "touched" by both men and women... then how? Sometimes I also "touched" men and women accidentally... then maybe I'd have been to the police station so many times liao... anyway, if it's just a brush against the backside, you really can't do anything, unless it's a grab on the backside, then you can really say it's intentionally and sued the man, I still feel it's an accident!!! ^_^

This is also the 2nd time I'm betting on it so quite excited again!!! Also don't know why I like World Cup so much... is it the soccer itself or is it the gambling itself? I'm not sure... just really really love it so much... IVF failed

Sorry, but I have bad news... my cycle didn't go smoothly and I'm not pregnant... Actually I think subconsiously I already knew it, coz yesterday,after crying our hearts out (with my darling hubby, of course) for just a short while, we straightaway recovered... and even went for a quite nice dinner of frog porridge and had quite an appetite, too!!! ^_^

Actually the day before, there was already some spottings but I thought it was the pregnancy sign... guess my body actually knew better than me, that's why never be a cry baby like I always do... think I really have thought of the worst too much that I'm so prepared... my silly hubby thought I was just putting on a brave face but I'm not!!! So happy that I can get over it so fast... so afraid that I can't get over the failure... so proud of myself that I think I'll buy something for myself this weekend!!! (An excuse to go shopping!!! Great Singapore Sales, u know!!! :P)

Anyway, I'll be going for my frozen embryoes transfers in 2 months time... and I think at that time I should be so prepared that I think I might even go back to work... think all these are really fated lah... hope in my life I really will have a child of my own... Bless me...

It's that time of the year again at my office... promotion time... signz... thought I'll be promoted this time round but guess not. All my fellow colleagues who are supposed to be promoted are promoted, even my good friend Jacelyn, who's in the other branch and got in the same time as me, also got promoted except me... so sad and low moral... is it a sign of my IVF as well? Is it telling me something else? That I won't be successful in that as well? so sad and having lots of negative thoughts now... how? how to stop myself from thinking so much? really must find something to do to keep my brain busy... instead of thinking so much... what to do? what to do? nothing to do at home lah... sianz again...

ICSI (IVF) (Pt 2)

I've almost completed my "baby program" and now is the waiting time... everything pass so fast since last week and now I'm already 3 days "preggie with embryos"..... hehehehheee... the doc actually show us our embryos and it was really interesting... actually human being is really a wonder... from just 2 cells, a baby is formed... and the changing of the cells is so interesting...
anyway, this is the photo the doc gave us, and these are all grade 4... (grade 5 being the best) a bit disappointed as I thought I will get grade 5 at least 1... but heard from my forum buddies (I'm now on a forum with women all doing the baby program like me) that this is very good!!! Maybe I really ask for too much... But really really hope everything will work well although I think I'm prepared for the bad news... anyway, I still got 5 embryos frozen for further use... so I still got chance!!! Good luck to me!!!

Wow!!! So long never write in this blog liao... :P have been really really busy,... hehhehe with my online game - maplestory of course!!! :P

Anyway, after waiting for so long, at last I'm able to do my "making babies" program!!! :P so happy!!! Now having all the medication and today is the 4th day of my self injection thing!!! So interesting!!! But I lousy lah, not brave enough to do the injection myself, hubby is doing it all for me. :P But other than that, really love the injections thing very much... i mean i find it very interesting lah... wait people will say I'm weird.. love injections! (Although I really prefer injections to the rest!!! :P)

Next week will go for my ultrasound, really hope everything goes well...really hope my body reacts well with my body, so at least can go ahead with the 2nd steps... pray for me everyone!!! ^_^ Will keep u all updated!!!

Just got the news today from my boss that I'm going to be transferred to another branch.... so sad.... so so sad.... dun really feel like going... already worked there for coming 4 years liao... so used to all of them... we are like a big family liao... only recently then I find working there so fun and enjoyable... at last got to really know some of my colleagues... and get to understand how they work... how to help them... even those I don't quite like, I managed to talk and have fun with them...started more and more understand my work... and working becomes more and more easy and time really flies.... yet... "sobs sobs"....

Why must it be me? somemore it's under a boss that I dun really like... and it's a really small branch and I feel that my prospect will not be so good... this year is really not my year.... find everything not going smoothly... starting to think negatively...

Although my boss says it's for my own sake... but I still feel sad... I really dun mind all the stress ... mentally and physically... small branch has lesser things to do... and not so stressed... good for having a baby... as though I already have ... I really miss the big family already...

I changed from a small branch to a big branch now back to small branch... but I still like big branches better... how? anyway, what's done is done... although one of my colleagues keep saying she wants to go... dunno can or not? :P but think better dun ask... good for her as well as for me... wait both of us have to sit "golden chair"!!! :P Anyway, I know I'll be able to adapt to the new environment... as it's a matter of time only... but really hope it's not my stepping stone to find a new job... really hope for the best....

JJ's new album!!! Tell u the truth, this is the first time I've bought his album, cause only recently then I noticed his songs... He's is really very talented, u know!!! Do you know, all his songs are written by him???!!! Wow!!! Really think that it's not easy to do that lor!!! I also don't know when I started noticing his songs, especially when I saw him at the finals of the Superstars, Wow!!! Think he's really cute and stylo lor!!! Anyway, have planned to go to his concert with Fen, if he's really coming to have one in Singapore!!! Can't wait to buy it!!! Think singing live is much better than listening to his album!!! Really can't wait!!!

Anyway, I quite like his latest album, especially his first song with the Korean name... quite nice... think his singing a bit different and better than last time!!! Really never waste any money!!! :P

Talking about that, that day when I went to buy this album, almost got too carried away with buying CDs (so long never buy liao, u know why lah... nowadays.... ) anyway, almost bought another 2 albums, and probably will regret after I buy, guess which album.... Kelly Poon's first album and Jochie Guo Mei Mei's album... I was actually thinking of supporting Singapore's singers... but heng, when I want to buy, the shop was playing the 2 ablums... and... it was so so only... :P yeh... save money lah..... ^_^

唉！又是新年了，而且不知不觉新年又要过了。今年的新年过的十再。。。无聊啦！！！没去亲戚家，也没去朋友家（不是没去，　是迟点才去啦！），而且去朋友家比较多。其实今年真的没有过年的感觉。去年就很兴志渤渤，可能因为是第一年吧。今年呢，唉！没孩子又没怀孕，而且弟弟的老婆怀孕了，实在不想去他奶奶家；亲戚又要问东问西。但是我会对自己有信心而且不给自己压力，我会怀孕的！！！ ^_^

其实华人为什么要换新钱过年呢？我真的很想知道。每次新年都忙得不可开搅。很辛苦，所以有点对新年烦感，也可能因此而不喜欢新年咯！！！ ^_^

MapleStory!!!

My latest craze - online game - MapleStory!!! See see, the characters so cute!!! It's actually something like Mario Bros... where you have to go through different stages and it has a map for you to refer to. You have to level up to be more powerful and can fight better and easier. This is really very excited as you can kill cute cute monsters and they will do funny and cute expressions.

I'm being introduced by my sis and now have influenced my hubby to play. But I think I played the most and my darling always "threaten" to burn the computer!!! ^_^ But it's really very interesting mah!!! I know I'm already addicted to the game but I can't help it... sometimes in the office, I really feel like playing but can't..... maybe should try those computer games centre maybe they have this game!!!! :P Good Idea!!!!! ^_^

Annual D & D!!!

Had our annual D & D on the 25th of Nov. It was great fun!!! You know why? Coz I participated in the competition!!! This year item was a Citi-Idol night and we have to compete with other contestants and the results was similiar to Singapore Idol where some marks are given by audience!!! We've got fourth, just a few more marks then we can get a prize. So sad. :P We sang the song Superstar from S.H.E. Had a great time and was so high singing and dancing and with audience shouting and screaming it was unforgetable!

But think the result a bit unfair, cause the winners are all from big department and of course more people will support them. But anyway, the performing is the main prize lah. ^_^

So far, I've had performed in 2 D & D out of the 3 D & D I've attended. I think I really like the feeling of that with audience screaming and shouting. You can really forget yourself. Now I can really imagine those singers when they said they had such a high time at their concerts. I will surely perform again if I have the chance!!!

Quarrel / Argument sad sad...

Had an agrument yesterday that made me cried whole night... this morning, eyes were so puffy that can't open properly... and everyone can tell that I cried before... ^_^ then have to go explaining over and over again everytime someone asks me... serve me right... :P hubby keep telling me not to cry but I just can't help it... somemore watch the korean series even cried harder... very funny thinking back.... anywaym the story goes like this.....

Sis got a warning letter from HDB to send away her big dog, so we came up of an idea to send to my house for the time being... I don't mind cause I love dogs very much... but hubby not very happy but still never say anything but agreed to it, provided she can only stay in the kitchen... ok we agreed with the suggestion, it's a long hair dog anyway, so she will keep shedding hair and I also don't want fur flying around. So everything went well, or sort of went well, monday nite she came to my house with my sis staying overnight in case the dog crys the whole nite. Hubby's mood was a bit moody, ask him why, never say anything. Deep in my heart, I knows he's not very happy with the dog but because it's my family, he can't say anything except he will not do anything for the dog beside her staying at our house. I can't say much, already contented that the dog can come.

Everything went well until yesterday nite, he ask me when the dog going back, I stay maybe 2 weeks and his face went so black. Said too long, at the most a week. I tried to tell him the HDB people might come back... so have to put at least 2 weeks. He still say can't. Got very sad. Don't know how to break the news to my sis and parents... one is husband one is family. makes me very difficult. If I insist, think he will really be so angry that he'll go back to his mum's place to sleep. If can't, knows dad will do something to the dog and sis will be so sad. Really don't know what to do, so first thing I went home, call mum and tell her my problem. Sis hears it and got so sad that she don't want to talk to me... I'll try to reason with her and say will solve the problem for her, but she don't want to listen... just keep hugging her dog and tears falling... really hurt me to see her cry as I very seldom see her cry, she's such a carefree and joyous little girl... but I can't help her in anyway... what should I do? Hubby already a bit angry with me... now sis also angry with me... after a while, sis very hastily took her dog and went downstairs, saying she's bringing her dog for a walk... I quickly followed her as it was already very dark... but she walked so fast with her dog that I have difficult following her... I kept calling to her to slow down but she ignore me and walk even faster.... I quickly ran back to home and call mum to go downstairs to wait for sis... worried for her safety... mum say ok... after a while mum called and say sis never reached home... I've got so worried... and ran downstairs searching for her... hubby also volunteered to come along... tried calling her but ignore my call... mum called, but she reply don't look for her... mum also got worried and by then have already walked almost to my block... I asked her what to do... crying there makes me feel like a kid... so helpless yet nothing can be done... but luckily, after several phonecalls at last sis tell mum where she is... I went home as mum tells me to go home first... waited for sometimes, called mum but still say can't find sis... got worried again... but mum says it's ok will call me once she found her... I waited... it was almost 12 midnight already when I received the call...

I am still worried that sis will not talk to me... will not forgive me... will not understand me... worried parents will be angry with me and ignore me... or angry with my hubby... or... or... or....

what can i do? I really feel very lost... will this type of incident happen again? Do I really have to make a choice between my family and my hubby? I really can't think about it... this is something I fear most... both is so so important to me... how can I make a decision? both I love so much... how... how... how... tell me how???... :(

Sian lah!!! Going to Cairns yet keep falling sick... first it was fever... then recover a bit... then sore throat and a bit fever... fever gone but not sore throat... now add more ...flu... why always like that? want to go for a trip or something that is important to me but i will surely fall sick no matter what... whether is it serious or small... but I really don't want to be sick when I'm in Cairns!!! And it's like only less than a week time!!! How!!!???!!! :( really hope I'll recover by this weekend... bless me please....

Yeh Yeh!!! Another 12 more days is my dream trip to Cairns!!! So excited but I haven't start packing my bag yet... how??? :P

Anyway, have a look at my hotel... nice right? got balcony some more... but hope they can give me a room facing the ocean... will be so perfect to me!!! :P

Been surfing a lot website lately to look for cheap day trip... but found out actually to Australia is really a bit on the ex side... hope I will still be able to enjoy most of Cairns!!!

Heheeheee!!! went to watch the live Superstar Finals with fen fen!!! Enjoy it so much!!! Been a long time since I last really "chase" an idol!!! Hahaahaa... and one day can "chase" 2!!! even better!!! Coz JJ also went!!! Yeh Yeh Yeh!!! Really like his songs very much ...and so talented...

Anyway, although Kelly never win... but really feel that she sang really really very good!!! better than last time... and she's really really looks like a superstar in all those outfits!!! So pretty!!! Really proud of her... (like I know her like that :P)

Lastly, really have a very fun time with fen fen... known each other for so long yet never been together to a concert and have such a great time screaming and shouting for our idols!!! Hope we'll have more chances to do that and with hong too... ^_^

Hihi... it'd been a while since I last wrote my blog cause nothing to write until... LAST SUNDAY!!! Why? Coz it was Chan Brothers Travel Fair... went there with my hubby thinking of going for a short and cheap trip... and when my hubby read from the papers that it was quite cheap... $600+++ to go cairns!!! Really can't believe!!! so we decided to go and have a look... There was so many many people there... really think singaporeans are quite rich... anyway, when we make enquiries on that offer... it was a wrong info... the price was for a trip for 2 adults and 2 children... "sign" no children to bring.... :P anyway, we ask what was the price for just 2 of us... Wow!!! twice the price!!! I was thinking maybe we can't go to the trip now... and wanted instead to go taiwan since it's cheaper... but my darling hubby said it's okay!!! We can go!!! Yeh!!! So happy!!! Now, everyday I'm so excited that I'm afraid that I will do somethiing wrong at work!!! HEHEHEee.... but anyway, really really looking forward to all of that... and both of us have been searching the web for discounted day tours.... hehheehehee.... can't believe it's happening... so afraid it's just a dream or something will affect my trip... keep my fingers cross!!! ^_^

Hihihi!!! After so many episodes then I start to write on this... :P ... anyway, really like all of them very much... think I'm having a bit of little brother and little sister love... 恋弟情和恋妹情 ^_^... really like Kelly a lot a lot and Junyang as well!!! At first I really never take any notice of him until the last episode of the Retro night then I really really like him a lot a lot... I really hope he'll be in until the last with Kelly as well...

Frankly speaking, I really don't know why Weilian is still in. His voice is not really THAT fantastic... and I can't stand everyone is voting him out of pity... Is it really good for him? I wonder... Can he really be a superstar? Superstar is not only in Singapore... It's like everywhere where there's chinese... Can everyone accept him? I doubt so... It's not that I look down on him but sometimes it's best not to give anyone too much hope... disappointment will be very great... anyway, really happy for him that he can stay for so long... but really hope he'll be out this week... like the other two better.... ^_^

Sign... had a nerves breakdown today... cried for the whole morning since I woked up... don't know what happen to me, why cried so much? As though this is the first time... maybe caused by my menses too I don't know... just feel very very sad that my menses came after being late for more than a week... I thought, at last I'm pregnant and that the medicine the gynae gave me was real good... but I guess, it's just my imagination... what can I do... more than a year has gone by... now even my sister-in-law is pregnant... but not me... it's not as though we didn't try as hard... without fail for the past year plus... but still... really don't know what to do... maybe I should really give up totally then maybe will get pregnant... hahahaha... dream more lor... keep telling myself I really can't think so much... but what can I do? everywhere I go, there's pregnant ladies and little babies... now even my colleague is pregnant... so many people around me is pregnant except me... Howwwww...... ^_^

I've just finished my book... a bit sad while reading the ending, tears were rolling in my eyes... a major character has died - Dumbledore... and Harry sort of broke off with her girlfriend (so happy at first that at last he got a girlfriend but... *sign*) anyway, it's still a very good book... although story a bit expected... but still like it very very much... next book will be the last ... don't know after that what will I do... no more Harry Potter... will surely feel very very lost, like now... already a bit lost as I've finished the book...

Wanted at first to re-read the book again but still feeling very sad so think I'll just leave it for a while maybe after my short company trip to Sunway Lagoon this fri... heheeheee.... looking forward to that so much.... hahaha... my emotions really are very funny... sad yet excited... hahaahaaa.... silly me.... ^_^

YEH!!!! My book is here at last!!! See see... my cover is so nice right?!!! I'm already at chapter 3 and I've already found out that Professor Snape is a bad guy afterall!!! So sad and angry!!! Think he's going to betray Dumbledore after all and he trusts him so much!!! Oh!!! Really can't wait to finish the book.... must read the whole day tomorrow liao.... hahaha.... ^_^ Good luck to me!!!

Hehehee.... just bought myself a mp3... must be up-to-date, you know... :P anyway, a bit mp3-idiot when I first "touched" it... don't really know how to use it... but luckily this is quite user-friendly... just like the handphones they have... by the way, it's a samsung brand!!! My favourite brand!!! hehehee... anyway, I haven't use it yet, but tomorrow will be my "big day".... ^_^

Oh ya, today never go to work... mc again.... really find myself very weak... no wonder till now not pregnant.... having very serious headache and think having slight fever... but now better liao... hope I can fully recover soon coz I'm going for a trip next week... :P

Bad Day....

Sian... today is a bad day for me.... whole day I was having a headache... one of my colleague was on urgent leave and we were down by 2 staffs so I have to "survive" alone at my own "territory" (normally was 2 persons there) ... Quite busy for the whole morning wih customers coming non-stop... can't help it.... worsen my headache.... air con was spolit.... room very stuffy and warm.... further worsen my headache.... feeling very sick.... nose running.... lunchtime... can't eat at my usual hour... very hungry.... lunch was taken after 2 pm.... closing time.... found out I can't balance my cash.... even sianer.... heng was able to find it afterwards... one lucky thing for me.... nobody help me with my work... everyone just go off like that.... have to work late... very pek chek... again worsen my headache... maybe shouldn't be so easily angry.... must really take things easy.... anyway, hope tomolo will be a better day.... ^_^

P.S. Yeh!!! tomolo going to meet my best friends for dinner... can start all my grumbling to them .... hehehe.... no lah.... really miss them a lot.... esp. talking to them.... can't wait for tomolo to come....

Hihi!!! Another 11 days to go and my Harry Potter and the half-blood prince will be out!!! So looking forward!!! Heheheee.... tell you the truth I already booked the book like about 2 months ago... ^_^ Very kiasu right? But really can't help it... waited 2 years liao.... heng was only 2 years... previous one waited 3 years.... hahahaha.... Anyway, I'm going to wake up real early on the 16 July to go to Borders and collect there... maybe around 7 am I'll reach there.... the last time... go there around the same time already long long queue... almost join right to the end .... so maybe I shall go even earlier... what you think? :P

War of the World? or Alien Ivasion? ^_^

Hihi!!! Just been to the movies last weekend, very excited about Tom Cruise latest movie - "War of the World"... his past few movies haven't been that good lately so expectation for this is quite high... although thinking back, shouldn't have done that... :P anyway, whole movie was actually quite good... very exciting and I was very anxious for Tom Cruise and his daughter... but really where is the world? All I saw was America and some army driving here and there... World is suppose to be like the "Whole World" right? Anyway, what really disappoint me was... The Ending!!! What ending is that? The aliens just died on its own without any fights or what? What the movies say was that the aliens die because of some microscopic bacteria of virus that has been living with us, human beings for so long... that we are already immuned to them? But anyway, that is also an idea lah... something "refreshing" or else normally fighting with Aliens, in the end humans will always win regardless how highly intelligent they are suppose to be ^_^
